The Patriots have 16 snaps and 17 points. They are on their way to blowing out the Giants, with a 17-0 lead with 1:00 left in the first quarter.

Their latest touchdown came on a fade from Drake Maye to Kayshon Boutte, who was closely guarded by Cor’Dale Flott, for a 3-yard touchdown.

Tight end Hunter Henry had the big play to set up the touchdown, with a 36-yard reception to the Giants 3-yard line.

Boutte, who entered this season with three career touchdowns, now has six touchdowns for the season.

The Patriots have outgained the Giants 110 to 29, Maye going 7-of-10 for 78 yards and a touchdown.

Henry has two catches for 45 yards, and Rhamondre Stevenson has four runs for 28 yards.

Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart, in his first game back after missing the past two, took a vicious — but legal — hit along the sideline. Patriots linebacker Christian Elliss rocked Dart while he was still in bounds, but the hit set off a melee on the sideline with tight end Theo Johnson among those going after Elliss on the Giants sideline.

Johnson was penalized 15 yards for unnecessary roughness.

Marcus Jones scored on a pick-six last week against the Bengals. He scored on a punt return in the first quarter on Monday night.

The Patriots cornerback took Jamie Gillan’s punt 94 yards to the end zone, avoiding a couple of tacklers and outrunning the rest.

It was Jones’ third career punt return for a touchdown. He now has 75 career punt returns, which qualifies him for the official NFL record book. Jones entered the game with a career punt return average of 13.6 yards per punt, which was the highest average in NFL history, but he didn’t have enough career punt returns to qualify.

Now, he does.

The Patriots lead 10-0.

A week ago, Jones had a 33-yard interception return for a touchdown against the Bengals.

The Patriots won’t have defensive tackle Khyiris Tonga, who was questionable with a chest injury. Tonga, who was questionable to play, is among the team’s inactives.

Marcus Bryant, who was expected to serve as the swing tackle, is a surprise inactive.

The Patriots’ other inactives are outside linebacker Bradyn Swinson, tight end C.J. Dippre, quarterback Tommy DeVito, offensive guard Jared Wilson (ankle) and safety Brenden Schooler (ankle). DeVito will serve as the emergency third quarterback.

The Giants’ inactives are linebacker Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles (knee/neck), outside linebacker Kayvon Thibodeaux (shoulder), outside linebacker Victor Dimukeje (knee), wide receiver Jalin Hyatt, cornerback Jarrick Bernard-Converse, offensive tackle James Hudson III and quarterback Russell Wilson. Wilson will serve as the emergency third quarterback.

The Giants announced a handful of roster moves ahead of Monday night’s game against the Patriots.

They have signed linebacker Tomon Fox to the 53-man roster. They also elevated linebacker Swayze Bozeman and wide receiver Dalen Cambre from the practice squad.

Fox has appeared in four games and made one start this season. He has two tackles in those contests and he has 41 tackles and two sacks in 32 career games.

Bozeman has six tackles in five games for the Giants this year. Cambre has played in two games with all but one of his snaps coming on special teams.

The Giants ruled out edge rusher Kayvon Thibodeaux on Saturday and listed linebackers Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles and Victor Dimukeje as questionable.

The Patriots have made a gameday addition to their injury report.

Center Garrett Bradbury is now considered questionable to play because of an illness. The team will release its list of inactive players 90 minutes ahead of their kickoff against the Giants on Monday night.

If Bradbury is not able to play, the Patriots will be down three starting offensive linemen. Left tackle Will Campbell is on injured reserve and left guard Jared Wilson was ruled out on Saturday.

Vederian Lowe is likely to replace Campbell with Ben Brown at guard, but the Patriots could move Brown to center and play Caeden Wallace at left guard on Monday night.
