With Joe Flacco at quarterback, the Colts have once again gotten off to a fast start.

Flacco tossed a 22-yard touchdown to receiver Josh Downs to give Indianapolis a 7-0 lead over Tennessee.

Running back Trey Sermon converted a third-and-1 and third-and-2 to keep the chains moving. Then Flacco found tight end Mo Alie-Cox for a 22-yard gain on third-and-10 to put the Colts at the Tennessee 22.

From there, Flacco hit an open Downs down the left side for the score.

Flacco has now thrown for six touchdowns over the last three games.

Every week we bring you all the inactives from the 1 p.m. ET games in one post, constantly updated with the latest information.

Quarterback Anthony Richardson is out again for the Colts. Richardson missed last Sunday’s loss to the Jaguars with an oblique injury, but he was able to practice this week and reports indicated there was a good chance he would play.

Richardson is inactive, however, and Joe Flacco will get the start again. Richardson will be the emergency quarterback with Sam Ehlinger in the No. 2 role.

As expected, Richardson will have wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. available to catch his passes. A report early this week said Pittman would miss multiple weeks with a back injury, but he was able to return to practice on Friday and he is active for Sunday’s game.

Wide receiver Josh Downs (toe) is also active, so running back Jonathan Taylor is the other notable absence on offense for Indy.

Word this week was that the Colts were looking at an extended run without the services of wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. because of a back injury, but it looks like that report was way off the mark.

Pittman was listed as questionable after returning to practice on Friday and Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that he is expected to play against the Titans this Sunday.

Pittman may not be 100 percent, but his presence will be a plus for a Colts offense that will be missing running back Jonathan Taylor (ankle) for the second straight game.

Quarterback Anthony Richardson (oblique), wide receiver Josh Downs (toe), and right tackle Braden Smith (knee, ankle) also carry questionable tags into the AFC South matchup..

The Titans placed safety Jamal Adams on the reserve/non-football injury list Saturday, the team announced.

Adams did not practice all week with a hip injury, an injury he has had since he arrived in Tennessee. He missed the season opener with the injury.

Now, Adams will have to miss at least four games before returning.

He has played only 20 snaps in three games this season and has totaled four tackles.

The Titans also elevated defensive lineman Abdullah Anderson and cornerback Tre Avery from the practice squad.

With running back Jonathan Taylor ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Titans, the Colts signed running back Evan Hull to the 53-player roster from the practice squad.

Taylor has an ankle injury, leaving Trey Sermon, Tyler Goodson and Hull to fill in.

The Colts elevated Hull for last week’s game, but he did not play. He has spent the entire season on the team’s practice squad.

As a rookie in 2023, Hull saw action in one game before a season-ending injury landed him on injured reserve. He had one carry for 1 yard and one catch for 6 yards in his only regular-season action.

Hull played 37 career games with 23 starts at Northwestern (2019-22) and totaled 488 carries for 2,417 yards and 18 touchdowns.
