Burnley and Hull drew 1-1 at Turf Moor on Saturday as Steven Defour’s second half strike looked to be enough to topple the Tigers but Robert Snodgrass equalized in stoppage time to nick a point.
Belgian midfielder Defour scored a cracker in the second half for Sean Dyche’s men but Hull battled back and Snodgrass scored at the death.
Hull, who still have Mike Phelan in charge on a caretaker basis, have seven points from their oepning four game while Burnley have four points from four games.

Both teams battled hard in a close first half and the game didn’t really get going until late on.

In the second half Adama Diomande had a great chance to put Hull ahead but from eight-yards out he sent his effort the wrong side of the post.

Hull continued to push with Robert Snodgrass forcing Tom Heaton to tip the ball over the bar.

However, Defour then put Hull ahead as the Belgian international drove forward and drilled a shot in from 30-yards out. 1-0 to Burnley who though they’d won it but then a dramatic moment arrived.
Tom Huddlestone was brought down and Snodgrass scored from the free kick to deny Burnley all three points and grab a point for battling Hull.
