Mariners 2B/OF prospect Michael Arroyo went 3-for-4 with a walk and three runs scored for Triple-A Tacoma on Tuesday.
Arroyo has enjoyed a breakout season. The 21-year-old hit well in 65 games at Double-A and is now slashing .352/.398/.549 in 21 games at Triple-A with three home runs, 19 RBI, two steals, and a 17/5 K/BB ratio. His contact quality doesn’t suggest a ton of MLB power right now, but he’s consistently putting line drives in the gaps and making elite contact in the zone. He’s an interesting name to watch for 2027.
