  • NYJ Offensive Lineman #65

    Jets re-signed OG Xavier Newman.
Newman went on IR with a neck injury early in the 2025 season. He appeared in five games, all as a backup. He will return as a depth option, having filled in for at least a few reps at all three interior line spots over his four-year career.
  • SEA Nose Tackle #95

Seahawks re-signed DT Brandon Pili to a one-year, $2 million contract.
How free agency has impacted AFC North odds
Jay Croucher tells Drew Dinsick why he believe Ravens warrant "favoritism" in the AFC North market but makes a case for the Bengals at price.
  • WAS Running Back #1
Commanders signed RB Rachaad White, formerly of the Buccaneers, to a one-year contract.
  • CIN Defensive Lineman #93
Bengals signed DT Jonathan Allen, formerly of the Vikings, to a two-year, $26 million contract.
Allen, 31, led the Vikings with 411 pass-rushing snaps last season. He generated 34 quarterback pressures and four sacks via an 8.7% quarterback pressure rate. The Bengals’ defensive personnel needs more upgrades, but pairing Allen with incumbent DT B.J. Hill gives them a decent interior pass-rushing duo. Allen can earn up to $28 million via incentives.
  • PHI Punter #10
    Eagles re-signed P Braden Mann to a four-year, $14 million contract extension through 2029.
The deal includes $7 million in financial guarantees. Mann’s powerful leg averaged 49.9 yards per punting attempt and netted 42.8 yards on average. The former figure ranks fifth among NFL punters with at least 25 attempts during the 2025 regular season. The latter ties for 10th. Mann, 28, was the NFL’s punting yards leader back in 2020.
  • MIA Cornerback #4
Chiefs signed CB Kader Kohou, formerly of the Dolphins.
The 2022 UDFA had spent his entire career in Miami, but missed all of last season with a torn ACL. Now headed into his age-28 campaign, he’s trying to get back to top form after making 38 starts between 2022-24. Primarily a slot man, Kohou is a sensible, experienced flier for a defense basically remaking its secondary from the ground up.
  • WAS Tackle #73
Commanders re-signed OL Trent Scott to a one-year contract.
A Commander each of the past three seasons, Scott has totaled since starts during that timespan, though never more than three in any one year. 2026 will be his age-32 campaign. He’s a depth piece whose signing at this stage of the offseason suggests he will probably keep his 53-man roster spot.
  • NO Running Back #41
Speaking Thursday, Saints coach Kellen Moore was evasive when asked about Alvin Kamara’s future with the team.
“We’d like to go through that process, certainly,” Moore said, rather unhelpfully. “And so we feel, obviously we know Alvin means a lot to us. Again, we’re three days into this thing, we signed Travis (Etienne) and we’ll go through that process.” Alrighty then. Moore also declined comment completely on rumors Kamara might retire. That kind of cagey language certainly suggests Moore does not expect Kamara back with the squad for 2026, either via release or retirement. Fully entrenched with the Saints for the better part of a decade, it’s an open question whether Kamara would be willing to play elsewhere, especially for what would undoubtedly be a low guaranteed base salary.
  • DEN Wide Receiver #17
    Broncos re-signed WR Lil’Jordan Humphrey to a one-year, $1.3 million contract.
It’s a veteran’s minimum contract, which is as good as 28-year-old (in April) Humphrey could have hoped for. Only sporadically productive but perennially valued by Broncos coach Sean Payton, Humphrey is a role player’s role player. The mammoth target has caught more than 20 passes one time in his career, and seems unlikely to add a second such campaign in 2026.
  • PHI Guard #69
Eagles and LG Landon Dickerson agreed to a reworked contract.
Per ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, Dickerson was set to make $39 million over the next two seasons. That number is down to $36 million, though he can recoup the lost $3 million via 2027 incentives. Dickerson’s contract was previously set to expire in 2028. He is now only under contract through 2027. It’s a relatively minor pay cut for the veteran lineman, and hitting the open market a year earlier could ultimately work in his favor.
  • The Athletic’s Dane Brugler reports USC WR Makai Lemon ran a 40-yard dash in the “4.48 to 4.53 range” at his Pro Day.
Lemon chose not to partake in any of the athletic testing at the NFL Combine, though he did participate in the gauntlet drill. Either way, he was all but locked in for first-round draft capital already. Though he didn’t blaze the 40, the range scouts timed him at his more than enough to keep him in top-10 contention come draft night. Coming off a 79-1,156-11 receiving season at USC, Lemon will be one of the first receivers off the board both in the real draft and in early dynasty drafts.
