Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers used his arm and his legs to give the team a 7-3 lead over the Ravens in the first quarter on Sunday.
Rodgers ran for a three-yard touchdown to cap the Steelers’ first offensive possession. It’s the first rushing touchdown for Rodgers since he was with the Packers in January 2023.
Rodgers opened the drive with a 52-yard completion to wide receiver DK Metcalf. According to CBS, the Steelers had no completions of 20 or more yards in the air in November and it is just their eighth of the season.
The Ravens opened the game by driving into the red zone, but an incomplete pass to Zay Flowers in the end zone on third down forced them to settle for a field goal.
The Jaguars will be without their leader in receptions against the Colts in Sunday’s battle for the top of the AFC South.
Wide receiver Parker Washington is inactive for the game. Washington, who leads the team with 36 catches this season, was listed as questionable to play with a hip injury.
There’s better news for Jacksonville on the other side of the ball. Defensive linemen Arik Armstead (hand) and Travon Walker (back) are both active after joining Washington with questionable tags.

Marquez Valdes-Scantling is officially set to play with Aaron Rodgers once again.
The Steelers have elevated Valdes-Scantling to the active roster from the practice squad, putting Valdes-Scantling in position to make his Pittsburgh debut when the club faces Baltimore on Sunday.
Valdes-Scantling and Rodgers were previously teammates with the Packers.
Valdes-Scantling was with the 49ers earlier this season, making four catches for 40 yards in five games. He appeared in 14 games last season for Buffalo and New Orleans, recording 19 receptions for 411 yards with four TDs.
Additionally, the Steelers elevated offensive tackle Dylan Cook from the practice squad to the active roster for Week 14.
Running back Derrick Henry’s pro football road eventually will land in Canton. He still has some significant milestones to hit along the way.
Here’s one. Via NBC Sports research, Henry is 69 rushing yards from becoming only the fourth player in NFL history with seven or more seasons featuring 1,000 or more rushing yards and 10 or more rushing touchdowns. The other three are LaDainian Tomlinson (who did it eight times), Adrian Peterson (seven), and Emmitt Smith (seven).
Previously, Henry has done it in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
Here’s another one. If Henry rushes for 150 or more yards against the Steelers, he’ll join Jim Brown as the only players with three games of 150 or more rushing yards against the Steelers. Including last year’s wild-card playoff game, Henry would be the only one to have done it three straight times.
It won’t be easy. After getting gashed for the most rushing yards at home in 50 years, the Steelers will likely sell out to stop Henry, forcing quarterback Lamar Jackson to move the ball through the air. Given that Lamar hasn’t been Lamar lately, it’s a calculated risk. One that could blow up in Pittsburgh’s face.
Or maybe it doesn’t matter. Maybe these Steelers could put nine in the box and it won’t slow down Henry and the Baltimore running game.
Regardless, it’s a critical game for both teams. And if the Steelers lose again, the Week 15 Monday night game in Pittsburgh against the Dolphins could feature plenty of no-shows, with those showing up renewing the boos and the “Fire Tomlin!” chants.
The Steelers ruled out starting safety Kyle Dugger for Sunday’s game against the Ravens.
The team added Dugger to the injury report on Thursday as a non-participant with a hand injury. He remained out of practice on Friday.
The Steelers obtained Dugger in a trade with the Patriots, and he has started all five games since joining the team. Dugger has one interception, four passes defensed and 23 tackles.
Chuck Clark likely starts in Dugger’s stead against the Ravens.
Offensive tackle Calvin Anderson (knee) and defensive tackle Derrick Harmon (knee) also will not play this week.
Aaron Rodgers (left wrist) had a second consecutive full practice on Friday and has no injury designation.
