VIDEO: Rakitic fires Barcelona into the lead with top-corner strike

Ivan Rakitic didn’t get the start today for Barcelona, but he’s on his way to being named man of the match.

The Croatian international came on in the 17th minute to replace an injured Sergi Roberto, and he has scored twice to give Barcelona a 2-0 lead over BATE Borisov.

His first goal was a beauty, as he took a ball from Neymar at the top of the box and rifled a shot into the top corner. Check out the strike below.

Later in the half, Neymar and Rakitic would link up again to double Barca’s lead.
