Giannelli Imbula started the move that led to Stoke’s opener, dribbling up the pitch before the ball found its way to Phil Bardsley streaking down the right. The back crossed through the six, and Manuel Britos whiffed on his clearance. Walters doesn’t often miss from six feet, and didn’t this time.
Stoke scored again early in the second when Heurelho Gomes’ clearance was wrangled by Walters, who sent in Joselu for the goal.[ MORE: Latest Premier League standings ]
