2016 NFL draft: Rams reportedly targeting Wentz at No. 1

The Rams gave up a lot to move up to the first overall pick in the draft and Mike Florio says all signs point to Los Angeles scooping up North Dakota State's Carson Wentz as their new franchise quarterback.
