Keyonte George had 34 points (9-of-20 FGs, 11-of-12 FTs), four rebounds, eight assists, and five three-pointers against the Lakers.
George had his third consecutive game with at least 30 points against the Lakers Thursday. The 22-year-old point guard was excellent, draining five three-pointers for the third straight game as well. George has been a fantasy steal this year as one of the most improved players in the league. The Jazz finish up the week with a game against the Magic on Saturday.

Davion Mitchell (ankle) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Knicks.
Mitchell did not play in Friday’s loss to the Celtics, joining Tyler Herro and Andrew Wiggins on the sidelines. Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Kasparas Jakučionis moved into the starting lineup, and both were productive enough to merit being rostered if they get another start on Sunday. Herro has already been ruled out, so one of Jaquez or Jakučionis should start.
HLs: Edwards carries T-Wolves to win in his return
In his first time back on the court after a three-game absence with foot soreness, Anthony Edwards carried the Timberwolves to a thrilling home win over the Oklahoma City Thunder.
  • MIA Forward #22
Andrew Wiggins (back) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Knicks.
Wiggins did not play in Friday’s loss to the Celtics, leading to Kel’el Ware moving into the starting lineup. Ware should remain in the starting lineup if Wiggins can’t go on Sunday, and that raises the second-year center’s fantasy ceiling considerably.
  • MIA Guard #9
Pelle Larsson (ankle) is out for Sunday’s game against the Knicks.
Larsson will miss a fourth straight game on Sunday, as his time on the sidelines extends into a second week. At the time of his injury, it was reported that the second-year wing was expected to be out for one week. Due to the Heat’s injuries on the wing, Simone Fontecchio’s playing time has increased in recent games.
  • MIA Guard #14
Tyler Herro (toe) is out for Sunday’s game against the Knicks.
Sunday’s game will be the fourth that Herro has missed since aggravating a toe injury. Rookie Kasparas Jakučionis was in the starting lineup for Friday’s loss to the Celtics, finishing with 17 points, six rebounds, four assists and five three-pointers in 36 minutes. Injuries have limited Jakučionis’ opportunities, but he’ll be worth a look in deep leagues if Davion Mitchell (ankle) joins Herro on the sidelines.
  • PHX Forward #18
Isaiah Livers (hip) is available for Saturday’s game against the Warriors.
Livers could potentially appear in a game for the first time since November 26. However, he’s unlikely to get the minutes needed to affect fantasy basketball, even with Grayson Allen (knee) unavailable. Leave Livers on the waiver wire.
  • PHX Guard #8
Grayson Allen (knee) is out for Saturday’s game against the Warriors.
Allen will miss a second straight game with a sore right knee. Royce O’Neale was his replacement in the starting lineup on Thursday, and the veteran wing is worth streaming for those needing three-pointers and steals.
  • DEN Guard #8
Peyton Watson (trunk) is out for Saturday’s game against the Rockets.
Initially questionable for Saturday’s game, Watson will miss a second straight. Bruce Brown filled the void in the starting lineup on Thursday and should retain that role, making him worth a look in deep leagues.
  • MIN Guard #22
Jaylen Clark (illness) is not on the injury report for Sunday’s game against the Bucks.
Clark will be back after a one-game absence. He’ll fill out some of the reserve guard minutes alongside Bones Hyland, Terrence Shannon Jr., Rob Dillingham and potentially Mike Conley, who is questionable to return from a four-game absence.
  • MIN Guard #10
Mike Conley (Achilles) is questionable to play against the Bucks on Sunday.
Conley has a chance to return from a four-game absence. Rob Dillingham has taken on extra minutes with Conley unavailable, though he hasn’t played enough to make a fantasy impact. With Anthony Edwards (foot) also back, Dillingham may get bumped out of the rotation entirely when Conley returns.
  • IND Center #11
Pacers signed James Wiseman to a 10-day contract.
Indiana release Gabe McGlothan from the 10-day deal he had signed on Dec. 16 to make space for Wiseman. Tony Bradley fractured his thumb on Thursday, which creates the need for Wiseman to return. He opened the year in Indiana before being waived just a few days into the regular season. He’ll provide depth behind Jay Huff and Isaiah Jackson for the foreseeable future.
