Whether he starts or comes off the bench, Jackson appears poised to be a silly season standout the rest of this season. He’s scored at least 20 points in three consecutive games, with Saturday’s tally representing a new season-high. Also, Jackson put up a complete stat line against the Heat, matching his season-high with nine rebounds. Currently rostered in 20 percent of Yahoo! leagues, deep-league managers should ensure that GG isn’t sitting on their league’s waiver wire ahead of Memphis’ four-game Week 18.

Ty Jerome accounted for 17 points (6-of-16 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), six rebounds, four assists, one steal, one block and three three-pointers in Saturday’s loss to the Heat.

While Jerome remains under a minutes restriction, he played a season-high 22 minutes on Saturday. As was the case in his prior six appearances, the Grizzlies’ guard had a productive night, although he did struggle with his shot. Saturday’s game was the first in which the Grizzlies started Jerome and Walter Clayton Jr. together, with the rookie accounting for nine points, four rebounds, six assists and one three-pointer in 25 minutes. That is something to keep an eye on moving forward, especially if Ja Morant (elbow) doesn’t return.

Jaylen Wells finished Saturday’s loss to the Heat with 25 points (10-of-13 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), two rebounds, two assists, two steals and three three-pointers.

A double-digit scorer in each of his last nine games, Wells matched his season-high with 25 points on Saturday. And he was highly efficient, missing just three of his 13 shot attempts. After an inconsistent start to the season, the second-year wing appears to have finally hit his stride. And with the Grizzlies embracing a rebuild, Wells could have added fantasy value during the silly season. Memphis begins a four-game Week 18 on Monday against the Kings.

Scotty Pippen Jr. was ejected from Saturday’s game against the Heat with 1:55 remaining in the fourth quarter.

Pippen and Miami’s Myron Gardner received their marching orders with just under two minutes remaining in the fourth quarter after getting into an altercation. It started when Gardner delivered a shot to Pippen from behind after the Grizzlies guard released a three-pointer. After making the shot, Pippen sought out Gardner, leading to a wrestling match in the corner that required multiple officials and coaches to break up. Pippen finished 18 points, four rebounds, six assists, two steals, one block and three three-pointers.

Walter Clayton Jr., Ty Jerome, Jaylen Wells, Taylor Hendricks and Olivier-Maxence Prosper will start Saturday’s game against the Heat.

Jerome and Clayton are available after sitting out Friday’s win over the Jazz, and both will start. The former may still be under a minutes restriction, but that won’t do much to limit Jerome’s value. GG Jackson will head to the bench, while Lawson Lovering is now a free agent after his 10-day contract expired. With Kyle Anderson out, Hendricks moves into the starting lineup, while Prosper replaces Jahmai Mashack.

Kyle Anderson (knee) is out for Saturday’s game against the Heat.

Andreson will miss Saturday’s game with a sore right knee, which frees up minutes among the Grizzlies’ reserves. Lawson Lovering, who played 32 minutes as the starting center on Saturday, became a free agent afterward due to the expiration of his 10-day contract. Look for Olivier-Maxence Prosper to play plenty, potentially as a starter.

Clayton is good to go after sitting out the last three games, including Friday’s win over the Jazz. However, with Ty Jerome and Scotty Pippen Jr. available, there may not be enough minutes available for the rookie guard to affect fantasy basketball.

Anderson will continue to have an increased role with Santi Aldama (knee) out, but only if he’s available himself. The 32-year-old forward is questionable with a knee injury of his own. Anderson is only worth streaming in deeper formats if he’s starting.

Walter Clayton Jr. (calf) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Heat.

Clayton has missed the last three games with a right calf contusion. He at least has a chance to return Saturday given his questionable listing. Cam Spencer and Javon Small could see more minutes if Clayton is out again, though neither are worth streaming in most fantasy leagues.

Cedric Coward (knee) is out for Saturday’s game against the Heat.

Coward hurt his knee in the Grizzlies’ last game before the All-Star break and ended up missing Friday’s game against the Jazz with the same injury. The team is holding the 22-year-old guard out again Saturday. Taylor Hendricks started and had nine points and nine rebounds in Coward’s absence Friday.
