As Dave McMenamin pointed out earlier today, the newly retired Shaquille O’Neal made all of one three in his 19-year career. Darius Soriano was able to track down the video, and here it is in all of its glory: Shaq, playing for the Magic, banking in a desperation 35-footer as the quarter was ending. As we reflect on Shaq’s retirement, it may be worth remembering just about the only thing Shaq ever did once.
