Barnes remains out, with Tuesday’s game marking the fifth he’s missed due to a left ankle impingement. His absence has freed up rotation minutes for rookie Carter Bryant. While he hasn’t been productive enough to affect fantasy basketball, Bryant has provided solid contributions on both ends of the floor.

Dylan Harper produced 19 points (8-of-12 FGs), two rebounds, six assists and three three-pointers in Sunday’s win over the Rockets.

Rostered in 19 percent of Yahoo! leagues, Harper’s place within the Spurs’ rotation makes him a challenging player to trust in 12-team leagues. However, the rookie has been productive enough to merit rostering in deeper redraft leagues, and his dynasty league value remains high. Harper and the Spurs begin a three-game Week 20 on Tuesday against the Celtics.
Keldon Johnson

Keldon Johnson tallied 20 points (8-of-13 FGs), one rebound, two assists and four three-pointers in Sunday’s win over the Rockets.

After totaling 18 points on 6-of-15 shooting from the field in his prior two games, Johnson recorded his first 20-point game since February 11 on Sunday. And given the limited value he provides outside of points and rebounds, Johnson’s category league value takes a significant hit when the scoring decreases. Since the All-Star break, his value has not cracked the top-250 in eight- or nine-cat formats. For that reason, it was good to see Johnson get untracked against the Rockets.
Stephon Castle

Stephon Castle amassed 23 points (7-of-13 FGs, 6-of-7 FTs), three rebounds, five assists and three three-pointers in Sunday’s win over the Rockets.

Castle was one of three Spurs to score at least 20 points on Sunday, with Victor Wembanyama and Keldon Johnson being the others. The second-year guard may not have recorded any defensive stats, but he was efficient on the other end of the floor. Since the All-Star break, Castle has recorded two turnovers or fewer in seven of San Antonio’s ten games. Wemby may be the headliner, and with good reason, but Castle’s improved efficiency as a playmaker has also given the Spurs, 9-1 since the break, a boost.

Victor Wembanyama finished Sunday’s win over the Rockets with 29 points (9-of-13 FGs, 9-of-10 FTs), eight rebounds, one assist, two steals, four blocks and two three-pointers.

Wemby put on a show on Sunday, recording a robust stat line in the Spurs’ 145-120 victory to end Week 19 on a high note. He’s now rejected at least four shots in five straight and seven of his last eight games, his most productive stretch of the season in that category. Add in the points and rebounds, and it’s easy to see why Wembanyama is one of the best players in fantasy basketball, regardless of position. The Spurs play three games in Week 20, starting with the Celtics on Tuesday.
Harrison Barnes

Harrison Barnes (ankle) is out for Sunday’s game against the Rockets.

Sunday’s game will be the fourth that Barnes has missed with an ankle injury. Carter Bryant has seen his playing time increase, and the rookie has taken advantage, most recently playing crunch-time minutes during the Spurs’ comeback win over the Clippers on Friday.

Julian Champagnie had 20 points (6-of-10 FGs, 3-of-5 FTs), nine rebounds, one assist and five three-pointers in Friday’s win over the Clippers.

Champagnie’s 20 points and five three-pointers helped the Spurs dig their way out of a 25-point deficit before beating the Clippers 116-112. The 24-year-old small forward had four three-pointers in the third quarter alone. He’s provided fifth-round per game value over the last two weeks. The Spurs close out Week 19 against the Rockets on Sunday.

Victor Wembanyama had 27 points (11-of-21 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), 10 rebounds, one assist, one steal, four blocks and four three-pointers in the Spurs’ 116-112 victory over the Clippers.

Wembanyama has now scored at least 25 points in three of his last four games. The 22-year-old center has three double-doubles and 19 blocks in that span. Wembanyama has been the top player in per game value over the last two weeks. The Spurs close out Week 19 against the Rockets on Sunday.
Julian Champagnie

Julian Champagnie (knee) is available for Friday’s game against the Clippers.

Initially questionable with a sore right knee, Champagnie is good to go. He’ll occupy his usual place in the Spurs’ starting lineup.
