Lamar Jackson is set to return from his hamstring injury on Thursday night.
The Ravens’ injury report lists no player with a designation for the game against the Dolphins.
The Ravens quarterback was listed as a full participant all week.
Jackson returned to limited work last week but did not play Sunday, the third game he missed with his soft-tissue injury.
He led the NFL with a 130.5 passer rating with 10 touchdowns and an interception before his injury, and the Ravens averaged 32.7 points per game with Jackson.
Every player for the Ravens was a full participant in Wednesday’s practice, including offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley (ankle). Stanley was limited Monday and Tuesday.
Linebacker Teddye Buchanan (calf), cornerback T.J. Tampa Jr. and cornerback Nate Wiggins (groin) also are good to go.
The Dolphins got a much-needed win over the Falcons in Week 8 and their defense played a major role in the victory.
Miami held the Falcons to 213 yards and shut down running back Bijan Robinson in the 34-10 victory. Linebacker Jordyn Brooks had a big hand in that effort.
Brooks had 10 tackles, a sack, and three tackles for losses over the course of the afternoon. Brooks now leads the league with 85 tackles and 53 solo tackles on the season.
The NFL announced that Brooks has been named the AFC’s defensive player of the week as a result of his performance. It is the first time he has taken that prize.
The Patriots traded Kyle Dugger to the Steelers on Tuesday and they’re set to add another safety to their roster on Wednesday.
Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports that the team is planning to sign John Saunders off of the Dolphins’ practice squad.
Saunders went undrafted after posting three interceptions and four forced fumbles at Ole Miss last season. He visited the Patriots as part of the pre-draft process, but wound up signing with Miami.
The Patriots also traded defensive lineman Keion White to the 49ers on Tuesday, which leaves them with another open roster spot to fill as they head into Week 9.
Dolphins edge rusher Bradley Chubb (shoulder/foot) improved to a limited practice on Tuesday. He was estimated as a non-participant on Monday.
“As far as I’m concerned, I’m very confident, unless there’s a setback, that he’ll be playing,” coach Mike McDaniel said. “He has given me zero indication that he wouldn’t. He’s excited for the game, working through all that stuff and as long as it continues the trajectory, we should be good to go.”
The only other change to the team’s report was wide receiver Dee Eskridge, who, like Chubb, was limited on Tuesday after being estimated as a non-participant a day earlier.
Safety Ashtyn Davis (quad) and tight end Julian Hill (ankle) again were listed as non-participants.
Safety Ifeatu Melifonwu (thumb) remained limited.
Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (left thumb/illness) remained a full participant.
Lamar Jackson will return on Thursday night after missing the past three games with a hamstring injury. He has missed playing, and the Ravens have missed him.
He was a full participant in practice again on Tuesday and said earlier in the day that his hamstring “feels great.”
Jackson does not anticipate rust despite the long layoff.
“That’s what practice is for,” Jackson said, via Jamison Hensley of ESPN. “I feel like we had a great day today. We’ll execute tomorrow. Come Thursday night, we’ll just fly.”
Jackson, who returned to limited work last week, led the NFL with a 130.5 passer rating with 10 touchdowns and an interception before his injury. The Ravens averaged 32.7 points per game with Jackson.
Every player for the Ravens was a full participant in Tuesday’s practice except offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley, who remained limited with an ankle injury. Linebacker Teddye Buchanan (calf), cornerback T.J. Tampa Jr. and cornerback Nate Wiggins (groin) fully participated after being estimated as limited participants on Monday.
