NBC Sports Group continues exclusive coverage of the Stanley Cup Final Saturday at 8 p.m. ET on NBC with Game 5 between Steven Stamkos and the Tampa Bay Lightning, and Jonathan Toews and the Chicago Blackhawks, with the series tied 2-2. Coverage begins at 6:30 p.m. ET with NHL Live from Tampa Bay, Fla.
Play-by-play commentator Mike ‘Doc’ Emrick, analyst Eddie Olczyk, and Inside-the-Glass analyst Pierre McGuire will have the call for Game 5. Host Liam McHugh will anchor intermission reports on-site, alongside analysts and former players Mike Milbury, Keith Jones and Jeremy Roenick.
NBCSN continues its extensive coverage of the 2015 Verizon IndyCar Series this weekend “north of the border,” highlighted by a live presentation of Honda Indy Toronto this Sunday at 3 p.m. ET. IndyCar coverage begins Saturday at 5 p.m. ET on NBCSN with qualifying. On Sunday, NBCSN will air coverage of the Indy Lights series from Toronto on Sunday at 2 p.m. ET, leading into the Honda Indy Toronto at 3 p.m. ET.
NBC Sports Group lead IndyCar play-by-play voice Leigh Diffey will call the Honda Indy Toronto, alongside F1 analyst and former race mechanic for the Benetton F1 team Steve Matchett, and analyst and Toronto native Paul Tracy. Robin Miller, Jon Beekhuis, Kevin Lee and Kelli Stavast will handle pit reporting duties. Lee, (play-by-play), Anders Krohn (analyst) and Katie Hargitt (reporter) will handle coverage of the Indy Lights race.
NBC Sports Groups motorsports coverage also includes six hours of Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship coverage this weekend from the High Point National in Mount Morris, Pa. Coverage on NBCSN begins Saturday at 3 p.m. ET with Moto 2s.
Veteran play-by-play voice Jason Weigandt, analyst and two-time AMA Pro Motocross Champion Grant Langston, and pit reporter Georgia Lindsay will call the action from High Point Raceway in Mount Morris, Pa.
After last weekend’s record-breaking Triple Crown on NBC, NBC Sports Group continues its horseracing coverage Saturday at 8 p.m. ET on NBCSN with the Stephen Foster Handicap, where the first automatic berth into the $5 million Breeders’ Cup Classic is on the line. The two-hour program live from Churchill Downs will also include a special live tribute to Thoroughbred racing’s 12th Triple Crown winner American Pharoah.
NBCSN’s coverage of the Breeders’ Cup Challenge Series on Saturday features host Laffit Pincay, III, analysts Randy Moss and Jerry Bailey, the Hall of Fame jockey and five-time Breeders’ Cup Classic winner, and reporters Kenny Rice and Donna Brothers.
NBC presents live coverage of the adidas Grand Prix Saturday at 1 p.m. ET. The adidas Grand Prix is the seventh meeting of the 2015 IAAF Diamond League circuit, and the second stop in the U.S.
Tom Hammond, Ato Boldon, Lewis Johnson and Todd Harris call the action from Icahn Stadium on Randall’s Island in New York.
Golf Channel’s live tournament coverage this weekend is highlighted by the inaugural KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, the second women’s major of the year and an event in which the PGA of America and LPGA are operating in partnership. Coverage also includes the Champions Tour Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS Championship, PGA Tour’s FedEx St. Jude Classic, European Tour’s Lyoness Open, and Web.com Tour’s Rust-Oleum Championship.
Dan Hicks (play-by-play) and Gary Koch (analyst) lead NBC’s team calling the inaugural KPMG Women’s PGA Championship from Westchester Country Club in Harrison, N.Y, while Terry Gannon (play-by-play) and Judy Rankin (analyst) lead coverage on Golf Channel. LPGA Hall-of-Famer Annika Sorenstam will also join the teams in the booth.
