“He makes how much money? Call him up,” not a real quote from Dunga.

Orlando City SC soon-to-be attacker Kaka has earned his first call-up to the Brazilian national team in more than a year and a half, as he was included as an injury replacement for Cruzeiro midfielder Ricardo Goulart.

Kaka, who is on loan to Sao Paolo, hasn’t played for Brazil in 19 months, but that could change with October matches against Argentina and Japan. Both games will be played in Asia.

It isn’t a weak Brazil squad, either. Oscar, Willian and Philippe Coutinho join Neymar, Miranda and David Luiz in the unit. If Kaka can regain his place in the Brazil squad at age 32, it can only help Major League Soccer.
