Another three games in the NBA tonight, meaning the good folks at PointsBet have set us up with more boosted odds prop bets. As with everything, don’t go crazy with these bets; they can be quite tricky. Today, they even have special props for Joel Embiid free throws and Head-to-Head Three-Pointers Made.
Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant to Each Score 25+ Points and the Nets to Win (+300 from +240)
Nothing has happened in this series that would make anyone want to take a crack at this boosted odds prop. That’s exactly the reason why this may very well be worth a shot. Yes, the Celtics’ defense has baffled Durant, Irving and the rest of the Nets on their way to a 3-0 series lead, but Brooklyn can’t be this bad all series long. I’m sure most of you didn’t have this series going down this way. Will Boston sweep? There is a good chance they do, but if you are rolling with the Nets tonight you might as well add this to your betting portfolio this evening.
Luka Doncic to Score 30+ Points and the Mavericks to Win (+160 from +135)
Luka Doncic made his 2022 playoff debut this past weekend in Game 4 vs. the Utah Jazz. Doncic scored 30 points on 11-for-21 shooting. Tonight’s game is back in Dallas, which means I love the Mavericks to win. Since I’m already on the Dallas Money Line I don’t mind adding a Luka points prop to my wagers this evening.

Joel Embiid to score 35+ Points and Sixers to Win (+415 from +350)
There are a number of reasons why this bet will not be on my card this evening. The first one is with Joel Embiid dealing with this thumb injury. I don’t think he will be putting up a big scoring night. In Game 4, Embiid only scored 21 points on 7-of-16 shooting. Another reason this boosted prop wager will not hit my PointsBet account is because I think the Raptors are going to be a pain in the Sixers you-know-what this evening.
