Knicks vs. Rockets could see plenty of points
Drew Dinsick believes the Rockets "match up well" with the Knicks, leading him to target the Over ahead of their Tuesday night clash on NBC and Peacock.

Ohtani had an outstanding season debut on the mound, holding the Guardians scoreless over six frames. He allowed just one hit and issued three walks while striking out six on 11 whiffs. Ohtani topped out at 99 mph and sat 96.8 mph on a rainy night in Los Angeles. The 31-year-old two-way star added a hit and two walks at the dish. He lines up to make his next start on the mound Monday against the Blue Jays in Toronto.
  • SF Shortstop #2
Adames came into this one 2-for-15 at the plate through four games. He doubled that in a big game Tuesday in San Diego. Adames jumped on the second pitch he saw, taking German Márquez deep for a solo blast to put the Giants on the board in the first inning. He knocked a base hit in the second and drove in a run with a single in the sixth. A double in the eighth inning would make it a four-hit night for the 30-year-old shortstop.
  • AZ Shortstop #79
Fernandez got the call for his MLB debut with Pavin Smith (elbow) landing on the injured list. His first game could not have gone better. The 22-year-old knocked his first base hit in the second inning, then slugged his first career homer with a solo shot off Casey Mize in the fourth. With the team trailing by one run with two runners on in the eighth, he took Kenley Jansen deep for a three-run blast to put the D-Backs ahead. Two of his first three hits leaving the yard is certainly a way to start his career. It’s unknown how much playing time Fernandez stands to get, but you have to think two homers certainly earn him more looks in the DH and infield mix.
  • NYY Starting Pitcher #54
Fried was dominant yet again on Tuesday, holding the Mariners off the board over seven frames to extend his scoreless streak to 13 1/3 innings across his first two starts. He scattered three hits and one walk while collecting six strikeouts. The 32-year-old left-hander has a chance to continue his excellent start when he takes on the Marlins in New York on Sunday.
  • MIL 1st Baseman #9
Bauers bashed a solo homer off Yoendrys Gómez for his second homer of the season, and the steal was also his second. With Andrew Vaughn out with a hamate injury, Bauers is going to get a chance to play more often than not, and he’s not a bad stopgap for those who need a corner-infielder in the short term. Just don’t expect too many more combo meals going forward.
  • TB Starting Pitcher #18
The results were mixed, but McClanahan just being on the mound is a win. It was his first start since 2023, as the southpaw has been set back by Tommy John surgery and a nerve issue. He blanked the Brewers over the first four innings, but lost his command in the fifth with a couple of runners coming home. His fastball was consistently over 95 mph, and he struck out four to go with three free passes. Expect some ocassional bumps, but this was encouraging. He gets the Cubs on Monday.
  • LAA Starting Pitcher #59
Not many hurlers have made two starts, but it’d be fair to say that not many — if any — have been better than Soriano. After blanking the Astros over six on Opening Day, the 27-year-old was just as good while allowing only two hits for the second straight outing. Soriano showed flashes of brilliance in 2025 as well, but they were often followed by clunkers. It’s fair to be skeptical, but it’s hard to argue with the results. Impossible, really. He faces Atlanta on Monday.
  • CLE Right Fielder #24
Initial X-rays on DeLauter’s left foot came back negative for any fractures, which is a massive relief for the Guardians and fantasy managers alike after he fouled a ball off it in the first inning Tuesday at Dodger Stadium. The 24-year-old rookie isn’t completely out of the woods, but the initial imaging suggests he avoided a serious injury. Fantasy managers should consider him day-to-day heading into Wednesday’s series finale in Los Angeles.
  • STL Relief Pitcher #61
The Cardinals indicated that part of the reason O’Brien opened up in a setup role was that he was behind after his calf injury this spring. The results didn’t really agree with that assessment, but all seems right now anyway. The Cardinals used Ryne Stanek in the seventh and Jojo Romero in the eighth tonight, so they were clearly intending for O’Brien to close. He’s probably not a lock to record all of the team’s save chances, but he is the best bet in their pen and should be picked up wherever he’s available.
  • NYM Starting Pitcher #34
The Cardinals went double, single, double to get to Senga in the third, but that was their only successful stretch. Senga averaged 97.4 mph with his fastball tonight, up 2.8 mph from last year, and got six strikeouts with the pitch. The other three came on his ghost forkball. He did finish with three walks, starting just 12 of the 25 hitters he faced with strikes, but with his stuff all of the way back to where it was in 2022, he has the ability to be one of this year’s biggest bargains. Senga is slated to make his next start Sunday against the Giants. If that happens, it’ll be just his fifth time pitching on four days’ rest for the Mets. He did it three times in 2023 and once last year.
