During a press conference, Mets SP Kodai Senga hinted that he could be adding to his pitching arsenal for the 2024 season.
Senga responded with a smirk after he was asked if he was working on anything new this offseason. Through a translator, Senga said, “Yes, but it’s still a work in progress so maybe we’ll find out soon.” The 30-year-old right-hander pitcher brought his iconic ghost fork pitch to MLB last season and could give fans and fantasy managers more this upcoming season. Senga was the runner-up for the National League Rookie of the Year last season with an impressive 2.98 ERA and struck out 202 batters in 166 1/3 innings.
