Rotoworld

  • LAC Guard #22
Personalize your Rotoworld feed by favoriting players
Jordan Miller (back) is questionable for Friday’s game against the Grizzlies.
Miller injured his back during Monday’s loss to the Heat and did not see action in Wednesday’s win over the Hawks. While he can provide additional depth on the wing when available, there isn’t much to gain from rostering the former second-round pick. And his continued absence would not affect fantasy basketball.
  • MIA Guard #14
Personalize your Rotoworld feed by favoriting players
Tyler Herro (toe) has been ruled out against the Magic on Friday.
As expected, Herro will be unavailable against Orlando. Norman Powell (ankle) will be back to fill Herro’s place in the starting lineup, which means Pelle Larsson will get at least one more game as a starter.
Barnes has been 'fantasy stud' so far this season
Noah Rubin dives into the emergence of Scottie Barnes, outlining how the 24-year-old has been able to improve his offensive game, which has "worked out really well" for the Raptors and fantasy basketball team managers.
  • BKN Forward #17
Michael Porter Jr. (back) is not on the injury report against the Pelicans on Saturday.
MPJ will be back after a one-game absence, which came on the second night of a back-to-back. He’ll be back to occupy his typical starting spot, and with Terance Mann available, that will push Tyrese Martin to the bench.
  • BKN Forward-Center #21
Noah Clowney (back) is probable to play against the Pelicans on Saturday.
Clowney is expected to suit up, though he is dealing with back soreness. He has scored at least 20 points in two straight games and will look to stay hot against a porous Pelicans defense.
  • GSW Forward #22
Alex Toohey (knee) has been ruled out against the Cavaliers on Saturday.
Toohey’s NBA debut will continue to be delayed by at least one game, which will have no impact on the Warriors’ rotation.
  • De’Anthony Melton (knee) is questionable to play against the Cavaliers on Saturday.
Melton logged 21 minutes on Thursday in his first game in over a year, and he played well. He will likely end up on the injury report often this season, and his absence would likely open up extra minutes for Seth Curry and Gary Payton II.
  • NOP Center #21
Yves Missi (ankle, foot) is questionable to play against the Nets on Saturday.
Missi has missed the Pelicans’ last two games, which has allowed Karlo Matkovic to fill out the reserve center minutes. If Missi remains out, Matkovic will maintain that role, but that hasn’t yielded him enough time to be worth rostering in standard leagues.
  • NOP Guard #3
Jordan Poole (quad) has been ruled out against the Nets on Saturday.
Poole hasn’t played since Nov. 5, and there’s no real timeline for when he’ll be back. Jose Alvarado will remain the backup point guard, where he has been a solid reserve, but he hasn’t been consistent enough to be worth streaming in standard leagues.
  • LAL Forward #23
LeBron James (foot) has been ruled out against the Celtics on Friday.
As expected, James will sit out the second leg of this back-to-back for the Lakers. Jake LaRavia, who played 28 minutes off the bench on Thursday, should start in place of LeBron. Austin Reaves should be in for a big night with LeBron and Luka Dončić (personal) both sidelined.
  • GSW Center-Forward #20
Al Horford (sciatica) is out for Saturday’s game against the Cavaliers.
Horford had three points in 18 minutes in Thursday’s loss to the 76ers. It was the first game action for the 39-year-old power forward since November 21. Horford will sit out Saturday’s game against the Cavaliers, but should be available for the second game of the back-to-back against the Bulls on Sunday.
  • GSW Forward #23
Draymond Green (foot) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Cavaliers.
Green left Thursday’s game against the 76ers with a right foot injury in the second quarter. His status remains up in the air for Saturday’s game against the Cavaliers given his questionable listing. If Green is out again, Trayce Jackson-Davis would likely start and be worth rostering in deeper formats.
