Deni Avdija led the Trail Blazers with 33 points (10-of-19 FGs, 9-of-10 FTs), eight rebounds, nine assists and four three-pointers in a 137-117 win over the Jazz on Monday.
Avdija’s dominant first half helped Portland take a 21-point lead into halftime. He had 23 points, seven rebounds and four assists entering the break. He didn’t add much after that, but he didn’t need to for the Blazers to get the win. Turnovers and poor percentages have limited Avdija’s value in category leagues, but those haven’t been as severe an issue over his last three games. He’ll look to keep it going against the Rockets on Wednesday.
  • DAL Guard #10

Brandon Williams (illness) is probable to play against the Nuggets on Wednesday.
Williams has a chance to return from a two-game absence on Wednesday after being upgraded from questionable. Should he become active against the Nuggets, he’ll likely compete for minutes with Ryan Nembhard and Jaden Hardy. Williams is averaging 11.5 points and 3.8 assists per game.
Mavs' Marshall is one to watch with Davis out
With Anthony Davis sidelined by a fractured hand as he weighs his options, Eric Samulski expects Naji Marshall to thrive while filling in for the Mavs big man.
  • DAL Forward #25
P.J. Washington (ankle) is probable for Wednesday’s game against the Nuggets.
Initially questionable for Wednesday’s game, Washington is on track to be available after a four-game absence. While his return may push Naji Marshall out of the starting lineup, fantasy managers who have Naji rostered should hold onto him.
  • TOR Forward #77
Jamal Shead, Jamison Battle, Brandon Ingram, Scottie Barnes and Collin Murray-Boyles will start Wednesday’s game against the Pacers.
Already without RJ Barrett, the Raptors won’t have Immanuel Quickley for Wednesday’s game, either. He’ll be replaced in the lineup by Battle, who offers limited streaming value at best. Leave him on the waiver wire.
  • PHI Forward #8
Paul George (knee) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Cavaliers.
Initially probable for Wednesday’s game, George is officially good to go. As a result, Philadelphia’s rotation is complete. He’s joined in the starting lineup by Tyrese Maxey, VJ Edgecombe, Dominick Barlow and Joel Embiid.
  • CLE Guard-Forward #20
Jaylon Tyson, Donovan Mitchell, Darius Garland, Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen will start against the 76ers on Wednesday.
Tyson will get the start for the Cavaliers as the team looks to get back on track and into the win column. Sam Merrill will return to the bench as a result. Tyson has started 21 of 36 games for the Cavaliers this season and is having a great sophomore season, averaging 12.8 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.9 three-pointers per game.
  • PHI Center-Forward #21
Joel Embiid (knee, adductor) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Cavaliers.
Embiid is officially good to go after initially being listed as probable. He’ll take on his usual role as the 76ers’ starting center, with Andre Drummond and Adem Bona playing rotation minutes off the bench.
  • CHI Guard #0
Coby White (calf) will play between 28 and 30 minutes in Wednesday’s game against the Jazz.
White did not play in Tuesday’s loss to the Rockets, opening up a place in the starting lineup for Jalen Smith. Smith played 36 minutes against Houston; he’ll head back to the bench, with his playing time taking a hit.
  • CHI Guard #3
According to Bulls head coach Billy Donovan, Josh Giddey (hamstring) has begun to ramp up his activity.
Giddey has not appeared in a game since December 29. He was a limited participant in Monday’s non-contact practice, but the Bulls’ guard is progressing well in his recovery. According to Donovan, “this is a big week” for Giddey. Tre Jones has been the starter, and he’s worth streaming while the Bulls await Giddey’s return.
  • SAS Guard-Forward #24
Devin Vassell (adductor) is out for Thursday’s game against the Bucks.
Vassell will miss a ninth consecutive game due to a strained left adductor. Julian Champagnie will remain in the starting lineup until Vassell is healthy enough to return.
  • PHI Guard #77
VJ Edgecombe will be available to play against the Cavaliers on Wednesday.
The rookie guard is good to go for Wednesday’s contest, as the Sixers look to string together back-to-back wins. From a fantasy standpoint, Edgecombe should remain productive, as he doesn’t appear to have any minutes restrictions. He’s averaging 16.1 points, 5.4 rebounds and 4.4 assists through 34 games.
