Gary Payton II accounted for 14 points (7-of-11 FGs), six rebounds, four assists and four steals in Wednesday’s loss to the Celtics.
Rostered in five percent of Yahoo! leagues, Payton has largely been an afterthought in fantasy basketball this season. However, that should change during these playoff weeks in Yahoo! default leagues. Since the All-Star break, Payton has provided seventh-round value in eight-cat formats, and he’s been a round better in nine-cat. With the Warriors ending Week 21 with a back-to-back, he’s worth a look in deep leagues, having played both ends of the team’s most recent back-to-back on Sunday and Monday.

Guerschon Yabusele (ankle) is questionable to play against the Pacers on Wednesday.
Yabusele played through the ankle injury on Monday and started with Nick Richards (elbow) out. Both are questionable, so if they are both sidelined, Leonard Miller should step into a starting role, as he did on Saturday.
Miller reaffirms MVP stance for SGA over Wemby
NBA on NBC analyst Reggie Miller joins the Dan Patrick Show to discuss his stance on the regular season MVP discussion, explaining why he believes SGA deserves the award over Wemby.
  • CHI Center #13
Nick Richards (elbow) is questionable to play against the Pacers on Wednesday.
Richards has missed three games in a row, and he is in danger of making it four straight absences. Guerschon Yabusele (ankle) started two of those games, though he missed one and is questionable against Indiana. Leonard Miller should start if both are sidelined.
  • ATL Center #31
Jock Landale (illness) is questionable to play against the Magic on Wednesday.
Landale missed Monday’s game against Boston and could miss a second straight game with this illness. Mouhamed Gueye filled out the reserve minutes at center for that game and could fill that role again if Landale remains out.
  • WAS Guard #12
Tre Johnson (foot) is questionable to play against the 76ers on Wednesday.
Johnson has missed four of the Wizards’ last six games, and when he has played since January, he has hovered around 20 minutes per game. He’ll continue to start if he is available, but if he isn’t Will Riley could fill the void.
  • WAS Guard #0
Bilal Coulibaly (heel) is questionable to play against the 76ers on Wednesday.
Coulibaly was sidelined against the Lakers on Monday, which was the second night of a back-to-back. He could return to take on Philadelphia, which would push Will Riley back to the bench, though he should still play a large role as a reserve.
  • WAS Center #20
Alex Sarr (toe) is questionable for Wednesday’s game against the 76ers.
Sarr has missed the last two games with a toe injury, but has a chance to return Wednesday against the 76ers. Tristan Vukčević started, played 20 minutes and had 14 points in Sarr’s absence in Monday’s loss to the Lakers.
  • MIA Forward #22
Andrew Wiggins (toe) is questionable to play against the Celtics on Wednesday.
Wiggins missed a handful of games this month with a toe injury, but he has played in Miami’s last five games, including both ends of a back-to-back. If that changes, Simone Fontecchio will likely return to the starting lineup in place of Wiggins.
  • GSW Center-Forward #20
Al Horford (calf) hopes to return before the end of the regular season.
Horford is still being limited to individual work, but he hopes to play a few games during the regular season before the play-in tournament. They have seven games left, including two back-to-back sets. With Horford still sidelined, Kristaps Porziņǵis and Draymond Green will continue to fill the center minutes, with Quinen Post (foot) still out as well.
  • MIA Guard #24
Norman Powell (illness) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Celtics.
Powell is set to miss a third game due to illness as he’s been ruled out for Wednesday’s game against the Celtics. With the 32-year-old shooting guard sidelined, Pelle Larsson had 20 points, 10 rebounds and three assists in 36 minutes in Monday’s win over the 76ers. Larsson figures to make another start Wednesday.
  • BOS Guard-Forward #13
Ron Harper Jr. (ankle) is questionable to play against the Heat on Wednesday.
Harper missed Monday’s game against Atlanta, and he could be unavailable for a second straight game. However, with the rest of the rotation available, he won’t see the floor often if he is able to suit up.
