Nic Claxton finished Tuesday’s loss to the Mavericks with 16 points (7-of-10 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), four rebounds, nine assists and three steals.

Claxton may not have done much on the glass or as a shot-blocker, but he provided excellent value in the assist and steal categories on Tuesday. The nine helpers were the most in a game for him since December 6, when Clax dished out ten as part of a triple-double against the Pelicans. And Claxton’s three steals matched his total in his six prior appearances in February. Injury management nights are a concern for fantasy managers, especially with a back-to-back on Thursday and Friday on the horizon. That said, Claxton can provide value when on the floor.

Noah Clowney amassed 22 points (6-of-9 FGs, 6-of-10 FTs), five rebounds, two steals, one block and four three-pointers in Tuesday’s loss to the Mavericks.

After totaling 28 points on 9-of-25 shooting in Brooklyn’s first three games out of the All-Star break, Clowney snapped out of his mini-slump on Tuesday. He shot 4-of-5 from beyond the arc while also recording a stat line that only lacked an assist. With the Nets focused on strengthening their draft lottery odds, Clowney’s playing time should not be a concern the rest of the season.

Michael Porter Jr. tallied 26 points (9-of-16 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs), three assists and two three-pointers in Tuesday’s loss to the Mavericks.

One thing fantasy managers know they’re going to get from Porter, when he’s on the floor, is scoring. While the production has been a bit inconsistent recently, he’s scored at least 22 points in three of his last five games. There were no defensive stats to speak of on Tuesday, so managers hoping to get a more robust line from Porter were disappointed. With the Nets’ final three games of Week 18 including a back-to-back, MPJ likely plays just two of those games.

Michael Porter Jr. had 18 points (8-of-19 FGs, 1-of-1 FT), seven rebounds, six assists and one three-pointer in Sunday’s loss to the Hawks.

Porter wasn’t efficient while handling lead scorer duties for the Nets. The 27-year-old small forward’s shot from long distance was off as he went just 1-of-8 from behind the three-point line. Porter is a better shooter than that, but he still was able to salvage his line with seven rebounds and six assists. The Nets have four games upcoming in Week 18, starting with a matchup against the Mavericks on Tuesday.

Nolan Traoré, Egor Dëmin, Michael Porter Jr., Noah Clowney and Nic Claxton will start Sunday’s game against the Hawks.

Claxton will start after missing Friday’s loss to the Thunder, which was Brooklyn’s second game in as many nights. While his return pushes Day’Ron Sharpe to the bench, Claxton will be under a minutes restriction. Fantasy managers who added Sharpe should hold onto him.

Claxton did not play in Friday’s loss to the Thunder, which was Brooklyn’s second game in as many nights. His return to the Nets’ lineup will push Day’Ron Sharpe to the bench. Those who streamed Sharpe should consider holding onto him, as he has provided solid deep-league value recently, whether he starts or comes off the bench.

Williams will miss a second consecutive game for personal reasons. While his absence doesn’t affect fantasy basketball, it should result in more opportunities for rookies Danny Wolf and Drake Powell.

Day’Ron Sharpe finished with 12 points (6-of-8 FGs, 0-of-2 FTs), eight rebounds, two assists, two steals and one block in Friday’s loss to the Thunder.

Sharpe was one of three Nets players to score in double figures against the Thunder. All of his scoring came from inside the arc, where he also had success securing rebounds. Friday’s total marked the fourth time in February he’s finished a game with double-digit points. While he won’t often log massive performances from a numbers standpoint, he’s certainly a double-double candidate on a nightly basis.

Nolan Traoré tallied 17 points (5-of-11 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs), one rebound, three assists, two steals, one block and one three-pointer in the loss to the Thunder on Friday.

Traoré had another impressive performance on Friday, scoring in double figures for the fifth time in his past six appearances. The rookie guard used a combination of interior scoring and free-throw production to tally most of his points, and did a good job defensively of collecting stocks. Traoré has come into his own late and carved out a nice role. He’s trending in the right direction, and as long as his minutes remain high, he should finish the end of the fantasy season relatively strong.

Michael Porter Jr. generated 22 points (6-of-16 FGs, 9-of-11 FTs), nine rebounds, five assists, two steals and one three-pointer in the loss to the Thunder on Friday.

While it wasn’t his best shooting performance, MPJ volumed his way past the 20-point mark and used the free-throw line for help along the way. His inefficient three-point shooting was what specifically held him back, but Porter still contributed on the glass and led Brooklyn in assists on Friday before subbing out for the final time. He’ll remain the Nets’ go-to guy the remainder of the season, barring anything unforeseen. Fantasy managers should feel good about his production the rest of the way.
