Jalen Duren finished Friday’s win over the Warriors with 23 points (8-of-12 FGs, 7-of-9 FTs), six rebounds, one assist and one steal.

Due to his sore right ankle, Duren was a game-time call for Friday’s game. He was able to play, but foul trouble and the Pistons taking care of business conspired to limit the All-Star center to 21 minutes. Duren will now get a little time off, as the Pistons won’t play again until Monday. Paul Reed (15/6/3/2/1) played 23 minutes off the bench, and he has some value in deep leagues as long as Detroit remains without Isaiah Stewart.

Daniss Jenkins accumulated 22 points (7-of-12 FGs, 7-of-7 FTs), seven rebounds, eight assists, one steal and one three-pointer in Friday’s win over the Warriors.

After struggling in the first game he and the Pistons played after losing Cade Cunningham to a collapsed lung, Jenkins was far better on Friday. The second-year guard was efficient as a playmaker and scorer, finishing two assists shy of a double-double. Unfortunately for fantasy managers, the Pistons don’t play again in Week 21. However, they do have four games in Week 22, starting with the Lakers on Monday.

Kevin Huerter (shoulder) is out for Friday’s game against the Warriors.

Huerter will not play on Friday due to a right shoulder contusion. His absence likely frees up additional minutes for Javonte Green, but that isn’t enough to make him a player worth rostering in fantasy leagues.

Jalen Duren (ankle) is available for Friday’s game against the Warriors.

Duren, a game-time decision due to a sore right ankle, is good to go for the Pistons’ second game in as many nights. He’ll take on his usual role as the starting center, with Daniss Jenkins, Duncan Robinson, Ausar Thompson and Tobias Harris completing the starting five.

Sasser has a significant opportunity with Pistons superstar Cade Cunningham (lung) out for potentially the rest of the regular season. The 25-year-old point guard won’t be able to capitalize on that opportunity Friday as he’s been ruled out with hip soreness for the game against the Warriors. Daniss Jenkins will start at point guard while Caris LeVert and Ausar Thompson could see increased playmaking opportunities.

Huerter had 14 points in 23 minutes off the bench in Thursday’s win over the Wizards. The 27-year-old small forward is questionable for Friday’s game against the Warriors with a right shoulder contusion. Javonte Green would likely see more minutes if Huerter is ruled out, but isn’t worth rostering in most fantasy leagues.

Jalen Duren (ankle) is questionable for Friday’s game against the Warriors.

Duren is dealing with right ankle soreness. The 22-year-old center is coming off a 24-point performance in Thursday’s win over the Wizards, though he went to the locker room late in the third quarter and sat on the bench for the entire fourth quarter. If Duren can’t play Friday, expect Isaiah Stewart and Paul Reed to take on added importance.
Duncan Robinson

Duncan Robinson tallied 14 points (5-of-10 FGs), five rebounds, two assists, one block and four three-pointers in Thursday’s win over the Wizards.

After a run of three consecutive games with at least 12 points, Robinson totaled nine in Detroit’s last two games entering Thursday. He and fantasy managers needed a bounce-back performance, and the veteran guard came through with a 4-of-9 night from beyond the arc. The five rebounds were a nice bonus for fantasy managers, most of whom don’t expect much from Robinson beyond points and three-pointers.

Jalen Duren accounted for 24 points (9-of-15 FGs, 6-of-8 FTs), 11 rebounds and two steals in Thursday’s win over the Wizards.

Duren finished Thursday’s victory with a fifth consecutive double-double, but there was some concern regarding his departure with just under three minutes remaining in the third quarter. The All-Star center went back to the locker room, and it was unclear if there was an injury concern. Duren was back on the bench for the entire fourth quarter, finishing with 25 minutes played. Backup Paul Reed played 21 minutes, finishing with 17 points, four rebounds, three assists and two blocks. With Isaiah Stewart unavailable, Reed has some value in deep fantasy leagues.
Daniss Jenkins

DET Guard #24

Daniss Jenkins scored nine points (3-of-16 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs) with two rebounds, five assists, one block and two three-pointers in Thursday’s win over the Wizards.

With Cade Cunningham (lung) out for at least two weeks, the door is open for Jenkins to be a league winner for fantasy managers. Unfortunately, the second-year guard had a rough night shooting the basketball, making one of his nine two-point attempts. Jenkins shot the ball slightly better from two, but the 3-of-16 night won’t do managers any favors. Caris LeVert (14/5/2/4) was more productive coming off the bench, but he logged 22 minutes to Jenkins’ 34.
