Siakam, who logged 32 minutes in Sunday’s loss to the Trail Blazers, is dealing with a sprained right knee. While his absence likely means a spot start for Obi Toppin, the Pacers have been strict with his minutes since he returned from a stress fracture in his foot that sidelined him for four months.

Walker, who has been a fixture in the Pacers’ starting lineup since just before the All-Star break, rolled his ankle late in Sunday’s defeat. The third-year forward logged 30 minutes by that point, but the injury may be an issue for deep-league managers hoping to derive some value from Walker during the silly season. The Pacers’ four-game Week 20 ends with three games over the final four days, starting with a back-to-back on Thursday and Friday. Keep an eye out for Walker’s name on the Pacers’ injury report ahead of Tuesday’s game against the Kings.

Andrew Nembhard tallied 14 points (5-of-11 FGs, 2-of-4 FTs), two rebounds, nine assists, two steals and two three-pointers in Sunday’s loss to the Trail Blazers.

Nembhard’s nine assists were the most in a game for him since February 22, when he recorded 11 in a loss to the Mavericks. Since the All-Star break, the Pacers guard has averaged 15.1 points and 6.7 assists per game. Unfortunately, Nembhard’s production in other categories has been limited on most nights. As a result, he has not been able to offer much more than late-round value in 12-team formats.

Jay Huff finished Sunday’s loss to the Trail Blazers with 16 points (5-of-15 FGs, 3-of-5 FTs), six rebounds, one assist, one steal, five blocks and three three-pointers.

As usual, playing time was a sticking point for managers who have Huff on their rosters, as he played just 22 minutes on Sunday. However, he did not get cheated on shot attempts or blocked shots. Huff’s 15 shots were second-most on the team, with only Pascal Siakam taking more, and he matched his season-high with five blocked shots. The good news is that Huff does not need to play heavy minutes to provide value, as evidenced by his line on Sunday.

Pascal Siakam accounted for 22 points (9-of-20 FGs, 4-of-9 FTs), six rebounds, five assists and two steals in Sunday’s loss to the Trail Blazers.

The good news for fantasy managers was that Siakam put up solid numbers in the points, rebounds, assists and steals categories. The bad news was that he did so with poor percentages, most notably a 4-of-9 night at the foul line. However, the positives should outweigh the negatives, especially since Siakam played over 30 minutes for the first time since the Pacers’ February 11 win over the Knicks. The Pacers play four games in Week 20, starting with the final game of their road trip on Tuesday in Sacramento.
T.J. McConnell

T.J. McConnell (hamstring) will not return to Sunday’s game against the Trail Blazers.

McConnell’s right hamstring has been an issue throughout the season, and it forced a premature end to his night in Portland. According to Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle, there’s “some reason for concern” regarding the veteran guard’s hamstring. McConnell played 17 minutes, finishing with six points, four rebounds and three assists. If he has to miss time, Quenton Jackson could see more minutes, and Kam Jones could re-enter the rotation.

Aaron Nesmith (ankle) is available for Sunday’s game against the Trail Blazers.

Nesmith is good to go after the Pacers listed him as probable on the initial injury report. While his place in the starting lineup is safe, Nesmith has not shot the ball well enough recently to provide reliable fantasy value.
