Pascal Siakam had 26 points (9-of-20 FGs, 5-of-10 FTs), four rebounds, two steals, one block and three three-pointers against the Magic on Wednesday.

Siakam’s 26 points came as the Pacers lost their 10th consecutive game. The 31-year-old power forward is making the most of what’s already a lost season for the 6-27 Pacers. Siakam scored at least 20 points in seven of his last 10 games. The beat goes on for the Pacers as they take on the Spurs Friday.
Bennedict Mathurin

Bennedict Mathurin had 23 points (4-of-10 FGs, 13-of-13 FTs), five rebounds, two assists and two three-pointers against the Magic on Wednesday.

This was the third time Mathurin has attempted at least 13 free throws in a game this season. On October 23 against the Thunder, he made 15-of-17 free throws and on November 17 against the Pistons, he made 8-of-14 free throws. The 23-year-old small forward had 36 and 25 points in those games, respectively. We’ve seen these blips with Mathurin before and the scoring tends to be unsustainable. He’s averaging 18.3 points per game this year and 16.1 for his career. Mathurin remains more of a good scorer than an elite one.

T.J. McConnell (hamstring) and Ben Sheppard (calf) are available for Wednesday’s matchup with the Magic.

Both players are expected to handle their normal workloads off the bench, which means less run for Quenton Jackson and Kam Jones.

Following a one-game absence, McConnell was able to play his typical reserve role in Indiana’s last game. That isn’t expected to change against Orlando, which means no bonus minutes for Quenton Jackson.

Sheppard, who was also questionable ahead of Monday’s loss to the Rockets, has not appeared in a game since December 3. His availability does not affect fantasy basketball, but Sheppard would give the Pacers added perimeter depth if he can play.

Isaiah Jackson (concussion) has been ruled out against the Magic on Wednesday.

Jackson will miss a fifth consecutive game while in concussion protocols. Tony Bradley and Micah Potter will fill out the backup center minutes behind Jay Huff, though neither replacement will take on enough minutes to be worth streaming.
T.J. McConnell

T.J. McConnell (hamstring) is available for Monday’s matchup with the Rockets, and Ben Sheppard (calf) is out.

McConnell sat out Saturday against Boston, but he’ll be back in action following a one-game absence. Sheppard hasn’t played since December 3, and with him out for another contest, McConnell could earn some additional playing time off the bench.

Huff has started 14 straight games, averaging 2.9 swats per game in that span. He leads the Association in total blocks at 77, and he’ll look to add to that total on Monday.

Ben Sheppard (calf) is questionable for Monday’s game against the Rockets.

Sheppard has been out since December 3 with a strained left calf. While his return would give the Pacers additional depth on the perimeter, the third-year wing is unlikely to put up the numbers needed to affect fantasy basketball.
T.J. McConnell

T.J. McConnell (hamstring) is questionable for Monday’s game against the Rockets.

McConnell tweaked his right hamstring during Friday’s loss to the Celtics and did not play the following night against the Heat. Quenton Jackson served as Andrew Nembhard’s backup, but the playing time (14 minutes) wasn’t enough for him to affect fantasy basketball. There’s no need to roster Jackson or McConnell at this point in the season.
