Austin Reaves tallied 25 points (8-of-22 FGs, 8-of-8 FTs), three rebounds, two assists, four steals and one three-pointer in Friday’s win over the Trail Blazers.

Reaves struggled to begin Friday’s game, missing his first seven shots. However, he shone in the second and fourth quarters, shooting 7-of-12 from the field and scoring 23 of his 25 points. Even with Friday’s poor shooting, Reaves is shooting nearly 51 percent from the field. His fantasy value hasn’t aligned with his top-25 ADP, but Reaves has been a top-50 player through the Lakers’ first 10 games.
Walker Kessler

LAL Center #14

Walker Kessler recorded 16 points (7-of-10 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), 12 rebounds, two assists and one steal in Friday’s win over the Trail Blazers.

After falling two rebounds shy of a double-double in Wednesday’s win over the Kings, Kessler recorded his fourth in the Lakers’ last five games on Friday. The 7-footer hasn’t missed a game this season and has already established good chemistry with Lakers stars Luka Dončić and Austin Reaves. Through 10 games, Kessler has been an excellent center for managers punting free-throw percentage.
Luka Dončić

LAL Forward-Guard #77

Luka Dončić went off in Friday’s win over the Trail Blazers, finishing with 53 points (17-of-33 FGs, 14-of-18 FTs), five rebounds, five assists, one steal and five three-pointers.

Dončić finished Friday’s victory with his 11th 50-point game, moving past Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Allen Iverson to land in tenth on the league’s all-time list. But that wasn’t the only history the Lakers star made on Friday. Dončić has tallied at least 35 points, five rebounds, and five assists in seven straight games, tying Oscar Robertson for the longest such streak in league history. Also, Dončić, who outscored Portland 20-15 in the third quarter, has scored at least 40 points in four straight games. He’s on an incredible run, which is great for those rostering Dončić.
Sandro Mamukelashvili

LAL Forward-Center #54

Sandro Mamukelashvili (illness) is available for Friday’s game against the Trail Blazers.

Listed as questionable on the Lakers’ initial injury report, Mamu is good to go. He’ll take on his usual role as the first big off the Lakers’ bench.
Adou Thiero

LAL Guard #1

Adou Thiero (knee) is not on the injury report ahead of Friday’s game against the Trail Blazers.

Thiero will be available for the first time this season. It’s unclear how he’ll fit into the Lakers’ rotation, but if he’s able to be a rotation piece, he could end up providing some steals.
Sandro Mamukelashvili

LAL Forward-Center #54

Sandro Mamukelashvili (illness) is questionable to play against the Trail Blazers on Friday.

Mamu has been a solid reserve for the Lakers this season and has yet to miss a game. His potential absence would likely open the door for both Jake LaRavia and Jarred Vanderbilt to take on more minutes.
Luka Dončić

LAL Forward-Guard #77

Luka Dončić had himself a night with 40 points (11-of-23 FGs, 12-of-13 FTs), nine rebounds, seven assists, a steal, a block, six 3-pointers, and six turnovers in 116-103 win over the Kings.

Luka’s MVP campaign continues in Sacramento where he puts another massive statement game against the Kings. He took over in the third quarter, and the Lakers separated themselves against the Kings in this game. He’s been everything you could’ve wanted and more this season and the hope is that he doesn’t get hurt.
Austin Reaves

LAL Guard #15

Austin Reaves put up 21 points (7-of-15 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs), three rebounds, four assists, and a three in win over the Kings.

Austin has been one of the most consistent players in the league this season. He does his job as the secondary option in the offense, he hits threes, he gets some assists and plays good defense. The rebounds have been lower than what you would want since he’s been averaging 4 rebounds a game for the past three seasons, and he’s at three this year, but it’s hard to complain all things considered.
Walker Kessler

LAL Center #14

Walker Kessler had 15 points (6-of-8 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), eight rebounds, three steals, and four blocks against the Kings.

Walker has really benefited from playing off Luka at this point. His shot attempts are up, he’s been putting up great defensive numbers, especially in this game, and the Lakers have been winning. It is notable that the Lakers’ defensive rating hasn’t been as good as you would want, so his overall impact defensively has been good but not at the level the Lakers need it to be.
Austin Reaves

LAL Guard #15

Austin Reaves lit up the Heat with 27 points (10-of-15 FGs), two rebounds, five assists, four three-pointers and five turnovers on Monday.

The last few games had been rough for Reaves, but he was able to get back on track in this one. The turnovers still weren’t great, and he now has 24 over his last four outings. However, he was far more efficient as a scorer, which helped the Lakers secure a second win in as many days. Reaves has been a high-level second option behind Luka Dončić this season, though the turnovers need to be cleaned up for him to match his production from last year.
