DeMar DeRozan was issued a flagrant-two foul and an ejection for this body check of sorts that he delivered to Bojan Bogdanovic near the end of the Raptors’ double-digit home loss to the Nets.
It was clearly a play made out of frustration, as Toronto should not be getting blown out by Brooklyn under any circumstances.
DeRozan was fined $15,000 for “making excessive contact” on the play, the league announced on Thursday via official release.
