Isaiah Hartenstein finished Saturday’s win over the Wizards with nine points (4-of-7 FGs, 1-of-4 FTs), 20 rebounds, 10 assists and two steals.
Hartenstein’s struggles at the foul line cost him the second triple-double of his NBA career. Back in the Thunder lineup after missing Wednesday’s win over the Nets, the 7-footer was dominant on the glass and also provided excellent value as a playmaker. The Thunder’s four-game Week 22 does not have a back-to-back until its conclusion, which should bode well for Hartenstein’s availability.
  • OKC Center-Forward #7
Chet Holmgren tallied 18 points (6-of-9 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs), 10 rebounds and two blocks in Saturday’s win over the Wizards.
Holmgren finished Saturday’s victory with his second double-double in three games. An interesting trend recently has been his decreased three-point attempts. Holmgren has attempted a total of five three-pointers over his last three appearances, missing them all. Given what else he brings to the table, this isn’t a major problem. However, it is something to watch during Oklahoma City’s four-game Week 22.
  • Shai Gilgeous-Alexander accounted for 40 points (17-of-27 FGs, 5-of-8 FTs), three rebounds, seven assists, one steal and one three-pointer in Saturday’s win over the Wizards.
Gilgeous-Alexander finished Saturday’s victory with his seventh 40-point game of the season, shooting well over 50 percent from the field. The foul shooting wasn’t the best, but fantasy managers aren’t going to lose any sleep over that. Gilgeous-Alexander and the Thunder play four games in Week 22, starting with the 76ers on Monday.
  • OKC Forward #6
Jaylin Williams, Ajay Mitchell and Cason Wallace were ejected for their roles in an altercation between the Thunder and Wizards.
Williams and Washington’s Justin Champagnie got into an altercation late in the second quarter, which would eventually involve players from both teams. In addition to those two, Oklahoma City’s Ajay Mitchell and Cason Wallace were ejected for escalating the altercation. With the action spilling into the stands, the NBA may hand out a few suspensions in the coming days.
  • OKC Center-Forward #55
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Ajay Mitchell, Cason Wallace, Chet Holmgren and Isaiah Hartenstein will start Saturday’s game against the Wizards.
Hartenstein is back after a one-game absence, but the Thunder remain without Luguentz Dort. Mitchell and Wallace remain with the starters, while Hartenstein’s return pushes Aaron Wiggins to the bench.
  • OKC Guard #5
Luguentz Dort (knee) is out for Saturday’s game against the Wizards.
Dort wasn’t on the initial injury report, but has been ruled out with a left knee contusion. Cason Wallace, Isaiah Joe and Jared McCain are all candidates to play a few more minutes in Dort’s absence.
  • OKC Center-Forward #55
Isaiah Hartenstein (rest) is off the injury report for Saturday’s game against the Wizards.
Hartenstein did not play in Wednesday’s win over the Nets, prompting Cason Wallace to move into the starting lineup. Either he or Ajay Mitchell will head to the bench with Hartenstein available.
  • OKC Guard-Forward #8
Jalen Williams (hamstring) is out for Saturday’s game against the Wizards.
Williams remains out for another game, one day after hinting via social media that he’ll be back playing soon. Ajay Mitchell has started the last three games and is likely to remain in that role on Saturday. Cason Wallace, who started Wednesday’s win over the Nets with Isaiah Hartenstein also out. is another potential replacement for J-Dub.
  • OKC Center #15
Branden Carlson (back) is out for Saturday’s game against the Wizards.
Carlson’s continued absence does not affect fantasy basketball, especially with Chet Holmgren, Isaiah Hartenstein and Jaylin Williams available.
  • OKC Guard #3
Jared McCain tallied 26 points (9-of-16 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), three rebounds, two assists, two blocks and five three-pointers in Wednesday’s win over the Nets.
Blowouts tend to give reserve players more opportunities to produce. McCain tied with Aaron Wiggins for the team lead in shot attempts, and he knocked down five three-pointers. While his fantasy upside for the rest of the season takes a hit when the Thunder rotation is whole, landing McCain for the price that they did was a heist. And don’t be surprised if he has a big night when Oklahoma City visits Washington on Saturday.
