Isaiah Hartenstein (calf) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Bucks.

Hartenstein has not appeared in a game since December 28, and it’s unknown when he’ll be healthy enough to return. Jaylin Williams entered the starting lineup for Monday’s win over the Cavaliers, due mainly to the matchup. Aaron Wiggins is a more secure streaming option while Hartenstein remains out.

Chet Holmgren lit up the Cavaliers with 28 points (11-of-16 FGs), eight rebounds, two assists, two blocks and four three-pointers on Monday.

Holmgren has been excellent in fantasy hoops this season, but he hasn’t had many big scoring nights like this one. This was only the fourth time he scored at least 28 points in a game, with two of those coming in his first three games. Holmgren dominated the matchup against the Cleveland bigs, and he ranks inside the top 10 in nine-cat value over the past two weeks. He’ll look to stay hot against the Bucks on Wednesday.

OKC Guard #2

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Thunder with 30 points (12-of-20 FGs), one rebound, three assists, one steal, two blocks and one three-pointer in a 136-104 win over the Cavaliers on Monday.

SGA didn’t provide his typical dose of boards and dimes, but the defensive production was solid. However, the highlight was his second straight 30-point game, and he shot at least 60 percent from the floor in both. Most of his numbers are down from last season, but his field goal percentage has gone up 2.9 percent, making SGA one of the most efficient guards in the league. That shouldn’t change moving forward, and he’ll look to stay hot against the Bucks on Wednesday.

Kenrich Williams started the second half on Monday and contributed five points (2-of-8 FGs), four rebounds, three assists, one block and one three-pointer against the Cavaliers.

Jaylin Williams started this game in place of Jalen Williams, who is set to miss time with a hamstring injury. However, Jaylin exited early with a back injury, which resulted in Kenrich Williams starting the second half in his place. If Jaylin were to miss more than just the rest of this game, Kenny Hustle could start against the Bucks on Wednesday. He had a few productive starts last season, and even if he didn’t contribute a ton of value in this game, he would hold upside as a streamer in that scenario.

Alex Caruso (back) will not return to Monday’s game against the Cavaliers on Monday.

Caruso logged seven minutes in the first half, but he won’t be available to close out this game. Ajay Mitchell, Cason Wallace and Isaiah Joe should see a few extra minutes in the second half with Caruso ruled out.

Jaylin Williams (back) will not return to Monday’s game against the Cavaliers.

Williams got the starting nod in place of Jalen Williams, which was to help the Thunder match up better with the Cavs’ big frontcourt. Kenrich Williams will start in place of Jaylin Williams to start the second half and should receive a nice boost in playing time if he remains the starter beyond this game.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Luguentz Dort, Aaron Wiggins, Jaylin Williams and Chet Holmgren will start Monday’s game against the Cavaliers.

The Thunder will be without Jalen Williams (hamstring) for at least two weeks, opening up a spot in the starting lineup. Due to the matchup, JayWill moves into the starting lineup alongside Holmgren. Ajay Mitchell should still play plenty, but his fantasy ceiling is slightly lower since he won’t be starting on Monday.

Jalen Williams (hamstring) will be re-evaluated in two weeks.

Williams exited Saturday’s loss to the Heat with what was described at the time as a sore right thigh. He has since been diagnosed with a strained right hamstring and will be re-evaluated in a couple of weeks, according to the Thunder. This will be J-Dub’s second extended absence this season, as his debut was delayed because of offseason wrist surgery. Ajay Mitchell and Aaron Wiggins will figure more prominently in the rotation, with the former offering higher fantasy value.

Jalen Williams (hamstring) is out for Monday’s matchup with Cleveland.

J-Dub is dealing with a right hamstring strain that will cost him at least one contest. In his absence, more minutes should be available for Ajay Mitchell and Aaron Wiggins, among others. Oklahoma City sports a deep roster, so it’s unclear who will be the biggest beneficiary, but Mitchell has been the most consistent fantasy option in 2025-26.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander amassed a game-high 39 points (12-of-19 FGs, 13-of-13 FTs), four rebounds, three assists and one steal over 36 minutes in Saturday’s loss to the Heat.

Gilgeous-Alexander has re-emerged as the MVP front-runner, topping 30 points for the fourth time in nine games since the start of January. He was extremely efficient, shooting 63 percent from the floor, while getting to the charity stripe 13 times. He committed a costly offensive foul with just over one minute left in regulation and the Thunder went scoreless in the final two minutes as the Heat erased a three-point deficit and scored the final five points of the contest. The Thunder are in line for a four-game week coming up with matchups against the Cavaliers, Brewers, Pacers and Raptors.
