The Jaguars will be missing a key piece on their defensive line in Tennessee on Sunday.

Defensive tackle Arik Armstead will not play against the Titans. Armstead was listed as questionable because of a hand injury. Armstead has 23 tackles, 5.5 sacks and a forced fumble this season.

The Jaguars are 7-4 heading into Sunday’s game. A win and a Colts loss would draw them even in the AFC South ahead of a Week 14 matchup between the teams.

The Colts made tight end Tyler Warren a late addition to their injury report, but they won’t have to replace him in their lineup on Sunday.

Tom Pelissero of NFL Media reports that Warren will play against the Texans. Warren was listed as questionable on Saturday because of an illness.

Pelissero reports that Warren has been dealing with a stomach virus.

Warren has not missed a game this season and the first-round pick has 55 catches for 662 yards and three touchdowns so far this season.

Linebacker Jayden Carlies is the only player the Colts ruled out on their Friday injury report. Their full list of inactives will be released at 11:30 a.m. ET.

The Colts made a significant addition to their injury report on Saturday.

Tight end Tyler Warren is now considered questionable to play against the Texans on Sunday. An illness is the reason for the change in Warren’s status.

Warren was a first-round pick in April and he has 55 catches for 662 yards and three touchdowns in his first 11 NFL games. Mo Alie-Cox, Drew Ogletree, and Will Mallory are the other tight ends on the 53-man roster in Indianapolis.

The Colts also announced that they have elevated defensive lineman Chris Wormley from the practice squad. Wormley has played in 87 regular season games, but has not made an appearance yet this season.

Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud has cleared concussion protocol and will return to the starting lineup against the Colts on Sunday.

He was a full participant all week.

Stroud was injured in the team’s Week 9 loss to the Broncos. Davis Mills started all three games Stroud missed, and the Texans won all three to get back into the AFC playoff picture.

Safety Jalen Pitre (concussion) also will return after missing the past three games. He has no injury designation.

Defensive end Will Anderson Jr., who missed Thursday’s practice with a chest injury, returned to a limited practice on Friday and will play Sunday. He has no injury designation.

The Texans ruled out cornerback Ajani Carter (hamstring) and linebacker Jamal Hill (hamstring). Neither player practiced all week.

Colts quarterback Daniel Jones fully participated in Friday’s practice and has no injury designation, coach Shane Steichen said. Jones will start Sunday’s game against the Texans with a fibula injury.

“He’s good to go,” Steichen said, via Mike Chappell of Fox 59. “Having talked with doctors, we would never put him in harm’s way. He’s ready to go.”

Steichen would not confirm that Jones has a fracture in his leg.

Jones was limited on Wednesday but returned to full participation on Friday.

Jones said Thursday , via Stephen Holder of ESPN, that the injury was the result of “something that kind of was hanging over, and realized it last week. Just been trying to get treatment and make sure I’m in the best spot I can be.”

“I’m all good,” Jones said. “I’ll be ready to go on Sunday. Obviously, I was out there last week. I’m good to go.”

Riley Leonard is the team’s backup quarterback.
