Gragson plagued by pit-road penalties at Las Vegas

A frustrated Noah Gragson finishes third at Las Vegas Motor Speedway to complete a 1-2-3 finish for JR Motorsports, but after a couple pit-road penalties, Gragson says he needs to "get better" for his team.
