Corey Seager is not in the lineup Sunday due to “mild” concussion symptoms.

Seager is out of the lineup for Sunday’s game against the Red Sox, and the symptoms come from a collision at home plate against the Royals on Thursday. The 32-year-old is considered day-to-day, but he’ll need to be clear of those symptoms before he gets back in the lineup.
Logan Webb

SF Starting Pitcher #62

Logan Webb allowed only an unearned run over eight innings and struck out seven in the Giants’ 5-1 defeat of the Cubs on Sunday.

Webb is known for being a groundball pitcher, of course, but he got a bunch of lazy flies today in improving to 4-4 with a 3.46 ERA. It’s the second straight start in which he’s pitched eight innings and allowed one run, as he did so in a no-decision against the Nationals last week. He’s allowed a total of two earned runs in 27 1/3 innings over four starts since coming off the IL. Next up for him is start in Miami against the Marlins.
Hunter Goodman

COL Catcher #15

Hunter Goodman homered twice while going 5-for-6 to help the Rockies to a 23-9 rout of the Athletics on Sunday.

It still counts just the same, even coming in the pitching cesspool that is Sacramento. Goodman is now up to 20 homers on the season, and he took Jeffrey Springs deep in the first inning to give Colorado a 2-0 lead. That was one of six homers on the day for Colorado, and the slugger added a second while also singling thrice for a five-hit night. Goodman has looked the part again in 2026, and there’s not much reason to think he won’t be among the best fantasy catchers in baseball for the foreseeable future.
Cooper Pratt

MIL Shortstop #87

Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports that the Brewers will promote INF Cooper Pratt from Triple-A Nashville on Tuesday.

Pratt was removed from Sunday’s game for Nashville in the sixth inning, and he’ll now have a chance to make his MLB debut against the Guardians this week. The 21-year-old was signed to a long-term extension prior to the start of the season, and while he’s forged an underwhelming .241/.349/.386 slash in the minors, he is considered one of the better prospects in the Milwaukee system. Fantasy managers may want to see how he handles pitching before rushing to add him to their roster in 2026.
Noah Schultz

CWS Starting Pitcher #76

Noah Schultz (knee) will make a rehab start Tuesday for Triple-A Charlotte.

Schultz will make his first rehab start after completing a bullpen session Wednesday. The 22-year-old will be joined in his rehab assignment by catcher Kyle Teel, as all things appear to be coming up White Sox in 2026. Schultz will likely need to make a couple of rehab appearances, and then could rejoin the Chicago rotation before the end of June.
Grayson Rodriguez

LAA Starting Pitcher #21

Grayson Rodriguez exited Sunday’s start against the Rays with lower back tightness.

Rodriguez was grimacing after firing a pitch that hit Cedric Mullins in the third inning before exiting with a trainer. The Angels will all but assuredly need Rodriguez to undergo imaging to determine if there’s anything structurally wrong with the 26-year-old, but either way, there’s no guarantee he’ll be able to make his next scheduled start next weekend.
Orlando Arcia

MIN Shortstop #11

Twins designated INF Orlando Arcia for assignment.

Arcia is getting the boot to make room for Kyler Fedko. The 31-year-old has been decent wit a .271 average over 19 games with Minnesota, and it wouldn’t a be a huge surprise if there was interest in the former top prospect on the waiver wire. If he does go unclaimed, he can report to Triple-A or elect free agency.
Ben Rice

NYY 1st Baseman #22

Ben Rice crushed a go-ahead, two-run homer in the top of the ninth that propelled the Yankees to a 8-3 victory on Sunday.

Rice also added a single, and he’s now batting .293 with a .996 OPS for the season. It was his 19th home run of the year, putting him seventh in the majors through the middle of June. Rice has fully broken out in 2026, and he’s done it while maintaining catcher eligibility from last season. It doesn’t sound as if he’ll work behind the plate this year, but expect him to be one of the earliest first basemen drafted heading into 2027.
Stephen Kolek

KC Starting Pitcher #32

Stephen Kolek improved to 4-1 in Sunday’s 4-0 victory over the Astros, twirling 7 1/3 scoreless innings while striking out four and allowing just five hits.

Kolek walked one and lowered his ERA to 2.68 through eight starts. He has been even better over his past six with a 1.59 ERA since May 17. Kolek’s strikeout rate doesn’t pop, but he generates grounders and limits walks, a formula that can work for longer than ERA estimators indicate. It’s been a very valuable stretch in deeper fantasy leagues where quality pitching is scarce, but managers shouldn’t expect these results every time out. Kolek has another test in his next start against the Cardinals.
JJ Wetherholt

STL Shortstop #26

JJ Wetherholt drove in three runs and hit a two-run homer in a 5-4loss to the Twins on Sunday.

Wetherholt bashed a two-run homer off Taj Bradley in the sixth inning to give St. Louis a 3-2 lead. He drove in his third run of the game and 31st of the season an inning later. Wetherholt has has an up-and-down first half in his rookie campaign, but a .255/.359/.402 slash will certainly play, and the upside in his bat has been readily apparent. He has a chance to be a fantasy star.
