Isaac Jones led the Pistons with 22 points (9-of-15 FGs), four rebounds, one assist, two blocks and two three-pointers against the 76ers on Thursday.

Detroit added Jones in November after he was waived by the Kings, but he only made a few appearances for the Pistons, with most of his team being spent in the G League. However, he was able to turn in a strong performance in his summer league debut. He’s worth keeping an eye on, though it is unlikely he ends up playing a rotation role for the Pistons this season.
Why Boozer is the 'rightful' ROTY favorite
Drew Dinsick and Jay Croucher break down the NBA Rookie of the Year award market with several high caliber draft picks that will get plenty of usage in their debut seasons.

Jordan Goodwin had 10 points (3-of-5 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), 4 rebounds, 2 assists, a steal, and two 3-pointers against Jazz.

Jordan Goodwin has some fantasy streaming appeal, even in limited minutes. His ability to get rebounds, assists, and defensive numbers is high level. He’s not someone to draft in redraft leagues unless you’re in a 16-team league or deeper but could be a sneaky streamer if someone like Collin Gillespie or Jalen Green misses time.

Khaman Maluach had 7 points (2-of-4 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), 12 rebounds, a steal and a block against Jazz

Khaman Maluach is a good per minute producer while not demanding the ball. While he still can be raw, he’s improved to the point where he should play a role with Oso Ighodaro as the other center. He should be a good flyer in the back end of drafts.

Brice Sensabaugh puts up 16 points (5-of-9 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), a rebound, three assists, and four 3-pointers against Suns

Brice Sensabaugh is a proven scorer and will have value as a points streamer with some three pointers. The Jazz aren’t likely to be able to afford Sensabaugh unless they make other moves. In dynasty leagues, it might be worth inquiring what it would cost to acquire him. In 22 games as a starter last year, he averaged 20.1 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3 assists, three 3-pointers and shot 50.5% FG, 42.9% 3FG%, and 79.7% FT on 3 attempts per game. While it’s likely that he’s not a starter, he can be in 6th man of the year conversations for years to come.

Ace Bailey had 12 points (3-of-3 FGs, 5-of-6 FTs), 3 rebounds, 2 steals, and a three in exhibition against Suns.

Ace Bailey has shown in the pre-season that he has gotten better as a scorer. He’s gotten a little bit more freedom in the offense to do what he wants. While he will likely be coming off the bench this year, he should still be useful as a streamer for points this year. In dynasty, stay patient and enjoy the solid production now. It is very possible that Ace is in the running for sixth man of the year this year if he continues to come off the bench.

Cameron Johnson finished Friday’s exhibition against the Lakers with 12 points (5-of-8 FGs), three rebounds, one assist, one steal and two three-pointers.

Johnson’s preseason ended with just over six minutes remaining in the third quarter after being assessed a Flagrant 2 foul for elbowing Lakers guard Austin Reaves in the chin. Both teams seemed shocked by the call, but the foul won’t carry over into the regular season from a punishment standpoint. Johnson’s first season in Denver was a struggle in terms of production and staying healthy, which has pushed his ADP outside the first 100 picks in Yahoo leagues.

Morez Johnson had four points (2-of-5 FGs), seven rebounds and two assists in the exhibition against the Hawks on Friday.

Johnson played 14 minutes, but wasn’t very productive with four points, seven rebounds and two assists. He notably didn’t have any blocks or steals. Johnson figures to make an immediate impact for the Mavericks, though he played behind P.J. Washington and Daniel Gafford even with Dereck Lively out with a foot injury.

Aaron Wiggins had 19 points (6-of-13 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), seven rebounds, two assists and four three-pointers in Friday’s exhibition against the Mavericks.

Wiggins was feeling it as he dropped 19 points in 22 minutes off the bench in the preseason finale against the Mavericks. Despite the strong effort, this level of production is unlikely to carry over to the regular season given the crowded Hawks backcourt rotation.

Hannes Steinbach had 19 points (7-of-9 FGs, 5-of-5 FTs), 10 rebounds and three steals in Friday’s exhibition against the Grizzlies.

Steinbach came off the bench, but it was notable that he entered the game early in the first quarter for starter Ryan Kalkbrenner. Steinbach had the hot hand as he outscored Kalkbrenner 19-2 and played 28 minutes to Kalkbrenner’s 19. We could be seeing the beginning of Steinbach moving up in the Hornets’ big man rotation, though it’s also worth noting that Moussa Diabate didn’t play due to a right elbow injury.

Ty Jerome had 17 points (6-of-13 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, four assists, three steals and three three-pointers in Friday’s exhibition against the Hornets.

Jerome has remained the starting point guard this preseason. While the Grizzlies should continue to play a deep rotation this year, Jerome averaged 19.7 points, 5.7 assists and 2.8 threes in 15 games last year while he only averaged 22.7 minutes. He should pay of his eighth-round cost in fantasy drafts without a significant minutes increase and would be a steal with additional minutes.

Darius Acuff Jr. had 13 points (5-of-12 FGs, 2-of-4 FTs), one rebound, two assists, one block and one three-pointer in Friday’s exhibition against the Spurs.

Acuff was -26 in 19 minutes, but all of the Kings’ starters were at least -21 as they lost to the Spurs by 29. He’s had an inconsistent preseason, which continued with 13 points on 12 attempts Friday. Acuff is going to get a ton of usage right away and has more than enough upside to justify his ADP, which is just outside the top-100.
