Clippers waived Hank Thorns and Trent Plaisted.
Neither player had a chance of surviving final cuts. The Clippers now have 16 players on the roster.

AJ Johnson (illness) has been ruled out against the Hornets on Saturday.
Johnson was available despite an illness on Thursday, but he didn’t end up seeing the floor. Now, he won’t even suit up. However, he isn’t a consistent part of the Wizards’ rotation, so it won’t impact fantasy basketball.
LeBron's ego not 'outsized' relative to value
Domonique Foxworth joins the Dan Le Batard Show to explain why the 'prestige' of rostering a true league-changing superstar like LeBron James outweighs whatever 'annoyances' may come with his ego.
  • WAS Forward #00
Tristan Vukčević (hamstring) has been ruled out against the Hornets on Saturday.
This will be a fifth straight absence for Vukčević, but that typically doesn’t impact Washington’s rotation. However, with Marvin Bagley also sidelined, Vukčević would’ve filled the backup minutes if available. That role will now fall to Anthony Gill.
  • WAS Forward #35
Marvin Bagley (back) has been ruled out against the Hornets on Saturday.
This will be a second straight absence for Bagley, though the first one was due to an illness. Tristan Vukčević (hamstring) is also out, so Anthony Gill will fill out the backup center minutes. Gill isn’t worth streaming.
  • WAS Forward #22
Khris Middleton (foot) is questionable to play against the Hornets on Saturday.
Middleton had previously been dealing with a knee injury, but now it is a foot issue that is giving him trouble. If he isn’t available against Charlotte, Justin Champagnie would likely slide into the starting lineup, with Will Riley taking on extra minutes off the bench.
  • WAS Guard #0
Bilal Coulibaly (back) has been ruled out against the Hornets on Saturday.
Coulibaly will miss a fifth straight game, and he has immediately been ruled out instead of being listed as questionable at first, which can be a sign that a player could be a little further away from returning. Bub Carrington should continue to start in his stead.
  • CHI Forward #44
Patrick Williams (ankle) is probable to play against the Celtics on Saturday.
Williams returned to the lineup on Thursday after missing Chicago’s previous two games. He is expected to be available again when they take on Boston, and he should see a similar workload to his 16 minutes against Minnesota.
  • CHI Guard #30
Tre Jones (hamstring) is doubtful to play against the Celtics on Saturday.
Jones has been a consistent producer in recent weeks, but he isn’t expected to play against Boston. Josh Giddey (hamstring) is probable after returning to the lineup on Thursday, but he will likely still have his minutes managed. Ayo Dosunmu and Kevin Huerter should see a bump in minutes.
  • CHI Guard #3
Josh Giddey (hamstring) is probable to play against the Celtics on Saturday.
Giddey made his return to the lineup on Thursday, and he is expected to be available once again. He was limited to 26 minutes in that game and should see a similar workload against Boston. He also came off the bench in that game, and he could do that again to ensure he is available to close out the game.
  • POR Center #26
Duop Reath (foot) is questionable to play against the Raptors on Friday.
Reath’s status is up in the air after not seeing the floor during the first leg of this back-to-back. Robert Williams (knee) is questionable, and while there is a chance he plays, it is far more likely he sits out. Reath should fill the backup center minutes if he is available, though the responsibility will fall to Yang Hansen if Reath is out.
  • POR Center-Forward #35
Robert Williams (knee) is questionable to play against the Raptors on Friday.
Williams played on Thursday, and while there appears to be a chance he plays against Toronto, Williams hasn’t played both legs of a back-to-back this season. He will likely sit this out, which means Duop Reath (foot) or Yang Hansen will be tasked with the backup center minutes.
