  • MIN Center #27

Rudy Gobert accumulated 35 points (13-of-17 FGs, 9-of-14 FTs), 11 rebounds, one assist and one blocked shot in 33 minutes in Friday’s win over the Nets.
With Anthony Edwards struggling offensively, the Timberwolves needed others to step up on Friday. Gobert answered the call, recording a season-high point total and his 35th double-double. He’s scored at least 19 points in five of his last seven outings, providing third-round value in nine-cat formats over the past two weeks. Minnesota needs to win Sunday’s game against the Jazz, and they’re unlikely to have Edwards due to technical foul accumulation. That matchup should be excellent for Gobert due to Utah’s lack of interior depth.
  • LAC Forward #2
Personalize your Rotoworld feed by favoriting players
Kawhi Leonard (illness, knee) is available for Sunday’s game against the Nets.
Initially questionable for Sunday’s game, Leonard got through his pregame routine without issue and will play. He was limited to 25 minutes in Thursday’s win over the Lakers, and the Clippers’ forward may be under a similar restriction on Sunday. Kobe Sanders will get solid minutes off the bench, but the rookie does not need to be rostered in redraft leagues.
HLs: Cunningham scores 29 as Pistons destroy Kings
Cade Cunningham had 29 points and 11 assists as the Pistons routed the Kings 139-116 for their fifth win in six games. The 24-year-old guard was 13 of 22 from the field, hitting 3 of 5 3-pointers at Little Caesars Arena.
  • MIA Guard #24
Norman Powell (back) is available for Sunday’s game against the Suns.
Powell is good to go after being listed as probable earlier Sunday. He will once again take on a marquee role within the Heat starting lineup as the team continues to play without Tyler Herro (ribs).
  • OKC Power Forward #10
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Cason Wallace, Luguentz Dort, Jaylin Williams and Chet Holmgren will start Sunday’s game against the Raptors.
Aaron Wiggins is back after a two-game absence, but he will come off the bench. JayWill is the fifth starter for Sunday’s game, with Isaiah Joe moving to the bench. Williams isn’t a great streaming option here, as SGA and Holmgren are available.
  • PHX Guard #4
Jalen Green (hamstring) is out for Sunday’s game against the Heat.
Green will sit out Sunday’s game after being pulled from Friday’s loss to the Hawks for injury management reasons. With Devin Booker (ankle) also out, the Suns will have to rely even more on Collin Gillespie, Grayson Allen and Jordan Goodwin.
  • Kasparas Jakučionis (head) is available for Sunday’s game against the Suns.
Jakučionis left Saturday’s win over the Jazz after taking an elbow to the face in the fourth quarter. While the play look a lot worse than it actually was, Jakučionis only suffered a facial contusion. With Davion Mitchell ruled out Sunday, he could be in line for some extra minutes against the Suns.
  • Jordan McLaughlin (shoulder) is available for Sunday’s game against the Pelicans.
McLaughlin is available, but he’s unlikely to get the minutes needed to be a factor in fantasy basketball. Leave him on the waiver wire.
  • OKC Guard #21
Aaron Wiggins (groin) is available for Sunday’s game against the Raptors.
Wiggins is back after missing the Thunder’s last two games with a groin injury. It’s possible that he starts with Ajay Mitchell sidelined, but Isaiah Joe is another option at Mark Daigneault’s disposal if the Thunder decide to restrict Wiggins’ minutes.
  • Immanuel Quickley (ankle) is available for Sunday’s game against the Thunder.
Quickley was added to the injury report Saturday night as questionable with right ankle soreness. The 26-year-old point guard is ultimately available for the matchup with the Thunder. Jamal Shead and Ja’Kobe Walter could see extra minutes if Quickley is limited or has a setback during the game.
  • SAS Center-Forward #7
Luke Kornet (adductor) is available for Sunday’s game against the Pelicans.
Kornet is good to go after missing Thursday’s win over the Jazz. His return means that the Spurs won’t have to go small when Victor Wembanyama rests. Kornet’s fantasy ceiling isn’t great, but he is worth rostering in deep leagues.
  • NOP Guard #15
Jose Alvarado (oblique) is available for Sunday’s game against the Spurs.
Sunday’s game will be Alvarado’s first since January 6, giving the Pelicans additional depth at point guard. With Jeremiah Fears recently moving to the bench, there may not be as many minutes available to Alvarado as there would be if the rookie were starting. Alvarado isn’t a must-add player, but he’s worth keeping an eye on.
