  • IND Small Forward #00

Bennedict Mathurin (abdominals) is available for Game 5 against the Bucks on Tuesday.
Mathurin is available after sitting out Indiana’s Game 4 victory in Milwaukee. His return will likely result in fewer minutes for fellow reserve Ben Sheppard. Sheppard, who re-entered the Pacers’ rotation in Game 3 after Andrew Nembhard landed in early foul trouble, played 22 minutes in Game 4.
  • DET Forward #5

Ron Holland (eye) is available for Saturday’s game against the Nets.
An eye injury forced Holland’s premature exit from Thursday’s loss to the Spurs, resulting in a few more minutes for fellow reserve Kevin Huerter. Holland’s absence from the injury report means that he’s good to go for Saturday.
Celtics' Tatum to make season debut Friday night
Eric Samulski breaks down the return of Jayson Tatum for the Boston Celtics after suffering a torn Achilles 10 months ago.
  • DET Guard-Forward #9
Ausar Thompson (ankle) is out for Saturday’s game against the Nets.
Thompson appeared to roll his ankle early in the first quarter of Thursday’s loss to the Spurs, so it’s no surprise he’s already been ruled out for Saturday’s game against the Nets with a right ankle sprain. Ron Holland (eye) could move into the starting lineup as he’s off the injury report.
  • DET Guard #2
Cade Cunningham (quad) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Nets.
Cunningham is dealing with a left quad contusion, which he suffered during Thursday’s loss to the Spurs. If he’s unable to play against the Nets, the Pistons will likely turn to Daniss Jenkins to fill the void. Given the matchup, Jenkins would be a worthwhile streamer.
  • DET Center #0
Jalen Duren (back) is probable for Saturday’s game against the Nets.
Duren is probable for Saturday’s game against the Nets with low back spasms. The 22-year-old center is likely to suit up and will be looking to extend his streak of six consecutive games with a double-double. A first-time All-Star, Duren has been one of the most consistent centers in fantasy basketball this year.
  • PHI Guard #77
VJ Edgecombe (back) is doubtful for Saturday’s game against the Hawks.
Edgecombe is unlikely to play against the Hawks on Saturday as he’s listed as doubtful with a lumbar contusion. The 20-year-old guard missed Wednesday’s win over the Jazz with the same injury. Quentin Grimes, who had 18 points on Wednesday, could start again if Edgecombe remains sidelined.
  • ATL Forward #0
Jonathan Kuminga (knee) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the 76ers.
Kuminga did not play in Wednesday’s win over the Bucks due to left knee inflammation. Mouhamed Gueye’s playing time increased, but not to the point where he could affect fantasy basketball.
  • MIA Forward #22
Andrew Wiggins (knees) is out for Friday’s game against the Hornets.
Initially doubtful for Friday’s game, Wiggins will sit due to patellar tendinitis in both of his knees. Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Myron Gardner will figure more prominently in the rotation, with the latter being the more likely starter to keep Jaquez in his usual reserve role.
  • MIA Guard #12
Dru Smith (ankle) is available for Friday’s game against the Hornets.
Smith had nine points in 21 minutes in Thursday’s win over the Nets. The 28-year-old guard was initially listed as probable, so his availability against the Hornets on Friday isn’t a surprise. In his current role, Smith isn’t worth rostering in fantasy leagues.
  • GSW Guard #0
Gary Payton II (ankle) is probable for Saturday’s game against the Thunder.
Payton has missed Golden State’s last two games with a left ankle impingement. With Will Richard also out, the Warriors turned to Nate Williams to play rotation minutes off the bench. He’ll fall in the pecking order if Payton and Richard play.
  • GSW Guard #31
Seth Curry (back) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Thunder.
Curry has been sidelined since early December, so fantasy managers should not expect much from him if available to play on Saturday. There’s no need to add Seth in any fantasy leagues.
