Hugo Gonzalez was selected by the Boston Celtics with the No. 28 pick in the 2025 NBA Draft.
Gonzalez is a talented prospect, even if the numbers don’t show it. That’s the issue when you play for one of the best teams in EuroLeague. Across 69 appearances for Real Madrid last season, Gonzalez averaged 3.4 points and 1.8 rebounds in 10.7 minutes per game. That makes it difficult to project his stat set, but he is a high-motor wing that makes an impact on defense and turns that into easy transition buckets. He wasn’t a great perimeter shooter, but he was able to score at the rim at a high rate. The expectation is that the 19-year-old Gonzalez will join the Celtics this year as they look to develop the athletic wing player’s skills.

LeBron James had 24 points (9-of-19 FGs, 5-of-6 FTs), five rebounds, three assists, one steal and one three-pointer in the win over the Bulls on Monday.
James played a solid game on Monday. He scored above his season average and was solid on the glass. His assist total was lower than usual, however, which brought down his fantasy production. While James has slowed down some in his 23rd NBA season, he’s still a reliable performer on a nightly basis, with the potential to contribute consistently across most statistical categories.
Highlights: Celtics close out Trail Blazers
The Boston Celtics controlled the game from the tip and were able to close out a late run by the Portland Trail Blazers for the home victory on Peacock NBA Monday.
  • POR Forward #9
Jerami Grant produced 19 points (4-of-9 FGs, 10-of-15 FTs), two rebounds, three assists, one steal, two blocks and one three-pointer in Monday’s loss to the Celtics.
  • POR Forward #33
Toumani Camara recorded 18 points (6-of-13 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), seven rebounds, one assist, three steals and three three-pointers in Monday’s loss to the Celtics.
  • POR Guard #5
Jrue Holiday amassed 14 points (5-of-11 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, three assists, three steals, one block and three three-pointers in Monday’s loss to the Celtics.
  • POR Center #23
Donovan Clingan finished Monday’s loss to the Celtics with nine points (4-of-9 FGs), 15 rebounds, one assist, four blocks and one three-pointer.

Amari Williams finished Monday’s win over the Trail Blazers with nine points (3-of-8 FGs, 3-of-5 FTs), seven rebounds, one assist, one steal and two blocked shots.
  • BOS Guard #9
Derrick White recorded 18 points (7-of-15 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, four assists, two steals and two three-pointers in Monday’s loss to the Trail Blazers.
  • BOS Guard-Forward #7
Jaylen Brown accounted for 20 points (8-of-17 FGs, 3-of-5 FTs), eight rebounds, five assists, four steals and one three-pointer in Monday’s win over the Trail Blazers.
  • BOS Guard #11
Payton Pritchard (finger) tallied 23 points (8-of-16 FGs, 2-of-4 FTs), five rebounds, three assists and five three-pointers in Monday’s win over the Trail Blazers.
Pritchard had a good night at the office, but there was some concern during the fourth quarter after he appeared to jam his left pinky finger while attempting to corral a rebound. The good news is that he returned to the bench after a quick trip to the locker room and checked back in during the final minute to help put the game away. As for the production, Pritchard has now shot 12-of-25 from three over his last three appearances. With the limited defensive production, his fantasy ceiling isn’t particularly high, but the Celtics’ guard has offered a reliable floor.
  • LAL Forward-Guard #77
Luka Dončić posted 46 points (15-of-25 FGs, 8-of-12 FTs), seven rebounds, 11 assists and eight three-pointers in the win over the Bulls on Monday.
Dončić followed a very strong performance against the Mavericks with another stellar one on Monday. He was outstanding in the win over Chicago, as he led Los Angeles in points, rebounds, assists and three-pointers. The Bulls had no answer for the superstar guard, who picked apart Chicago’s defense in various ways. The cherry on top for fantasy managers who roster Dončić was that he recorded only three turnovers. The Lakers have now put together back-to-back wins and Dončić has been a big reason why.
