Jalen Brunson finished Friday’s win over the Bucks with 37 points (12-of-21 FGs, 9-of-10 FTs), one rebound, five assists, one steal and four three-pointers.
Brunson has consistently tormented the Bucks, averaging 36 points per game since joining the Knicks. With that in mind, Friday’s performance should have been expected from the point guard, who led New York to the top spot in East Group C and a place in the NBA Cup quarterfinals. He’s scored at least 33 points in three of his last four games and has been close to a top-25 player in eight- and nine-cat formats over the past week. The Knicks host the Raptors, who they’ll visit in the NBA Cup quarterfinals, on Sunday in a non-Cup matchup.
