Jaden Ivey accounted for 10 points (4-of-11 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs), three rebounds, three assists, two steals and one three-pointer in Monday’s win over the Celtics.
While he hasn’t missed a game since making his season debut on November 22, Ivey notched an important achievement on Monday. For the first time this season, the Pistons guard played at least 20 minutes in a game, logging 21. Ivey’s stat line was only missing a blocked shot, and the overall production was solid, aside from the field-goal percentage. A return to the starting lineup may not be in the cards for Ivey anytime soon, but he’s capable of providing solid value once he gets to 25 minutes per game.

Doug McDermott (knee) is available for Sunday’s game against the Rockets.
For the second straight night, McDermott has been upgraded from questionable to available. However, he was a DNP-CD on Saturday, and the chances of that happening against the Rockets are pretty high. Leave McDermott on the waiver wire.
HLs: Brunson scores season-high 47 in Knicks win
Behind Jalen Brunson's season-high 47 points, the New York Knicks defeat the Miami Heat.
  • MIA Guard #11
Jaime Jaquez Jr. tallied 23 points (9-of-15 FGs, 4-of-6 FTs), five assists and one three-pointer in Sunday’s loss to the Knicks.
  • MIA Guard #24
Norman Powell amassed 22 points (7-of-17 FGs, 4-of-5 FTs), four rebounds, three assists, three steals and four three-pointers in Sunday’s loss to the Knicks.
Powell has scored 20 points or more in four of his last five games, and he also finished Sunday’s defeat with solid steal and three-point numbers. Over the past two weeks, Powell has shot 40.7 percent from the field, as he plays through a right (shooting) thumb injury. As a result, he has “only” been a top-100 player during that stretch. He’ll look to build on Sunday’s performance when the Heat face the Raptors on Tuesday.
  • MIA Center #7
Kel’el Ware racked up 28 points (11-of-15 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), 19 rebounds, one steal and five three-pointers in Sunday’s loss to the Knicks.
While the Heat were unable to leave New York with a victory, Ware’s recent performances are cause for optimism in Miami and among those who have him rostered. The second-year center finished one rebound shy of his first 20/20 game, and he’s recorded three straight 20-point double-doubles. While some may be tempted to sell high on Ware, given his recent run, holding onto him wouldn’t be a bad idea. The Heat play three games in Week 10, starting with the Raptors on Tuesday.
  • NYK Center-Forward #32
Karl-Anthony Towns finished Sunday’s win over the Heat with two points (1-of-5 FGs, 0-of-2 FTs), six rebounds, two assists and two steals.
Towns had a brutal night against the Heat, not scoring his first (and only) points until the third quarter. For the second time in his NBA career and first since November 2017, KAT failed to score at least six points in a game. Fantasy managers should not be concerned about Towns long-term, but this was a rough way for him to end Week 9. The Knicks open a three-game Week 10 on Tuesday against the Timberwolves.
  • NYK Forward-Guard #8
OG Anunoby recorded 18 points (6-of-12 FGs, 4-of-5 FTs), two rebounds, three assists, one steal, two blocks and two three-pointers in Sunday’s win over the Heat.
Anunoby has shot 41.4 percent from the field over the last two weeks, which explains why his season-long fantasy value has slipped just outside of the top-50. However, Sunday’s performance was good, as he shot 50 percent from the field and recorded a complete stat line. Anunoby and the Knicks play three games in Week 10, starting with the Timberwolves on Tuesday.
  • NYK Guard-Forward #25
Mikal Bridges accounted for 24 points (9-of-14 FGs), two rebounds, four assists and six three-pointers in Sunday’s win over the Heat.
For the first time this season, Bridges has failed to record a steal or blocked shot in consecutive games. However, his offensive production has increased, with the Knicks wing having scored at least 20 points in three straight games for the first time since late October. Bridges remains a top-10 player in nine-cat formats and a top-20 player in eight-cat. For a player who entered the year with a Yahoo! ADP in the eighties, this has been an excellent first third of the season for Bridges.
  • NYK Guard #11
Jalen Brunson finished Sunday’s win over the Heat with 47 points (15-of-26 FGs, 11-of-11 FTs), three rebounds, eight assists and six three-pointers.
Brunson was rolling from the start on Sunday, scoring 27 points in the first half. The Heat couldn’t come up with an answer for the Knicks guard after the break either. His 47 points were a season-high and the most he’s scored in a game at Madison Square Garden. Brunson and the Knicks now have a friendlier week from a scheduling standpoint, as they play three games in Week 10 without a back-to-back.
  • BKN Forward #17
Michael Porter Jr. recorded 24 points (9-of-18 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), 11 rebounds, five assists and one steal over 36 minutes on Sunday, powering the Nets to a 96-81 win over the Raptors.
Porter notched his fifth double-double of the season as he pulled down 11 boards and knocked down four shots from beyond the arc in a low-scoring tractor pull against the sluggish Raptors. The 27-year-old scoring machine is averaging a robust 25.7 points through 23 games this season, delivering third-round value for fantasy purposes. The Nets will face the 76ers on Tuesday in a road tilt before closing out a quick two-game week on Saturday against the Timberwolves.
  • TOR Forward #3
Brandon Ingram accumulated a team-high 19 points (7-of-18 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), five rebounds, three assists and two blocks over 33 minutes in Sunday’s loss to the Nets.
Ingram left the contest briefly after tweaking his right ankle during the first half, but managed to return quickly. He failed to reach the 20-point plateau for the first time in his last six games as the Raptors shot just 37 percent from the floor and scored only 81 points on the second night of a back-to-back. They’ll return to action on Tuesday with a road matchup against the Heat before closing out a quick three-game week with showdowns against the Wizards and Warriors.
