  • SAS Forward #10

Jeremy Sochan (illness) is available for Thursday’s game against the Jazz.
Sochan is good to go after initially being listed as questionable. While he has not affected fantasy basketball this season, there may be a few more minutes available since Luke Kornet (adductor) is out.
  • CHA Forward #2

Grant Williams (knee) is not listed on the injury report ahead of Saturday’s game against the Wizards.
After missing Thursday’s game against the Magic with a knee injury, Williams appears ready to go for Saturday’s matchup with the Wizards. The veteran forward has only played in five games thus far after making his season debut on January 10 against the Jazz, and shouldn’t make much of an impact from a fantasy basketball standpoint.
LeBron's ego not 'outsized' relative to value
Domonique Foxworth joins the Dan Le Batard Show to explain why the 'prestige' of rostering a true league-changing superstar like LeBron James outweighs whatever 'annoyances' may come with his ego.
  • CHI Guard #30
Tre Jones (hamstring) will be re-evaluated in two weeks.
Jones was added to the injury report as doubtful earlier, but he is now expected to be sidelined until at least Feb. 6 with a left hamstring strain. Ayo Dosunmu and Kevin Huerter should see a bump in minutes off the bench, but Josh Giddey and Coby White should fill most of the backcourt minutes.
  • PHI Forward #8
Paul George (knee) is probable to play against the Knicks on Saturday.
George should remain available as he continues to manage this knee injury. He logged 37 minutes on Thursday, which was an overtime win over the Rockets. He should see at least 30 minutes against New York.
  • CHA Center #11
Ryan Kalkbrenner (wrist) is probable for Saturday’s game against the Wizards.
Despite logging 27 minutes in a win over the Magic on Thursday, the rookie center isn’t a lock to take the floor on Saturday against Washington. He had started most of his debut NBA season before settling into a reserve role recently. If he’s able to play, he’ll provide the Hornets with another two-way rim presence as they look to put together back-to-back wins.
  • PHI Center-Forward #21
Joel Embiid (ankle) is probable to play against the Knicks on Saturday.
Embiid continues to manage lower body injuries, but he should be available to take on New York. He recorded a triple-double on Thursday and played 46 minutes, which is great to see. They’ll continue to manage his minutes throughout the year, but he has been a beast when available.
  • CHA Forward #24
Brandon Miller (ankle) is probable to play against the Wizards on Saturday.
Miller is managing an ankle injury, but he isn’t expected to miss this game. He has scored at least 20 points in five straight games and will look to keep that streak going against Washington.
  • CHA Guard #25
KJ Simpson (hip) has been ruled out against the Wizards on Saturday.
Simpson will remain sidelined, but with the guards ahead of him in the rotation all healthy, he likely wouldn’t have seen the floor even if he was able. This will be a third straight absence for him.
  • CHA Guard #23
Tre Mann (illness) is available to play against the Wizards on Saturday.
Mann will be back after missing one game due to an illness. However, he has only played a minimal role in recent weeks, so his return won’t alter the Hornets’ rotation dramatically.
  • ORL Guard #4
Jalen Suggs (knee) is probable to play against the Cavaliers on Saturday.
Suggs has missed Orlando’s last eight games, but he is expected to return to take on Cleveland. That will push Tristan da Silva back to the bench after a one-game stint as a starter. Jase Richardson should also lose out on minutes.
  • ORL Forward #22
Franz Wagner (ankle) has been ruled out against the Cavaliers on Saturday.
Wagner will miss a second straight game after playing just two games following a 16-game absence. Anthony Black will remain a starter despite Jalen Suggs (knee) being upgraded to probable. They’ll continue to manage this injury as he recovers, but it is slightly alarming that he will miss two games this quickly. Black has been productive as a fill-in.
