Sandro Mamukelashvili amassed 17 points (6-of-9 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, one assist, one steal and three three-pointers in Sunday’s win over the Pacers.
With Jakob Poeltl (back) still out and Collin Murray-Boyles exiting before halftime after aggravating his left thumb injury, the Raptors needed a bit more from Mamukelashvili on Sunday. As has been the case multiple times this season, Mamu stepped up, and he’s scored at least 14 points in four consecutive games. Poeltl is getting closer to a return, but it’s challenging to envision a scenario in which Mamukelashvili falls off the radar entirely. He’s played that well in his first season in Toronto.
