With Charles Bassey’s second 10-day contract expiring, the Celtics needed to fill a 14th standard contract slot. They’ve reportedly decided to reward Harper, who has played rotation minutes at various points when the Celtics have been shorthanded. His signing does not affect fantasy basketball, as the Celtics are healthy on the perimeter.
