Deandre Ayton amassed 23 points (10-of-13 FGs, 3-of-6 FTs), 10 rebounds and one assist in the win over the Bulls on Thursday.
Ayton was one of several Lakers starters to produce big numbers against Chicago on Thursday. In the win, he finished third on the team in scoring and was one of two players to log double-digit rebounds before finishing with a second straight double-double. Ayton has had his least productive season as a pro to this point, but perhaps he is finding his way down the stretch of the season. He’ll have a chance to log a third consecutive double-double on Saturday against the Nuggets.

Brandon Ingram shot 3-of-10 from the field in Sunday’s loss to the Suns, finishing with six points, four rebounds and one assist.
McDaniels breaks down Wolves' big win in Boston
Jaden McDaniels discusses the Timberwolves' big fourth quarter to help grab Minnesota's first win since 2005 in Boston, saying playing the right way and together was key.
  • TOR Forward-Guard #9
RJ Barrett accounted for 13 points (5-of-8 FGs, 2-of-4 FTs), three rebounds, three assists and one three-pointer in Sunday’s loss to the Suns.
  • TOR Forward-Guard #4
Scottie Barnes finished Sunday’s loss to the Suns with 17 points (8-of-9 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), five rebounds, six assists and two steals.
  • PHX Guard #23
Jordan Goodwin finished Sunday’s win over the Raptors with 14 points (5-of-11 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs), seven rebounds, two steals and three three-pointers.
  • PHX Guard #12
Collin Gillespie accounted for 16 points (6-of-9 FGs), four rebounds, three assists, one steal and four three-pointers in Sunday’s win over the Raptors.
  • PHX Guard #1
Devin Booker tallied 25 points (9-of-15 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), three rebounds, six assists and three three-pointers in Sunday’s win over the Raptors.
After a disappointing performance in Saturday’s loss to the Bucks, Booker rebounded nicely against the Raptors. In addition to the points and excellent percentages, the Suns’ guard dished out six assists. Since failing to record an assist in Phoenix’s March 13 loss in Toronto, Booker had recorded five or more in four of his last five appearances. Unfortunately for fantasy managers, the Suns play just two games in Week 22, which may limit Booker’s impact.
  • PHX Guard #4
Jalen Green finished Sunday’s win over the Raptors with 20 points (8-of-15 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), three rebounds, seven assists, one block and two three-pointers.
Green has now scored at least 20 points in eight of his last ten games. While field-goal percentage can be an issue for the Suns’ guard, he made more than half of his attempts in Sunday’s rout of the Raptors. Add in the assists, and this was a nice ending to Week 21 for Green. The Suns play two games in Week 22, starting with the Nuggets on Tuesday, so the upcoming schedule isn’t great.
  • BOS Guard #9
Derrick White accounted for 15 points (6-of-15 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), six rebounds, one assist, three steals and one three-pointer in Sunday’s loss to the Timberwolves.
White once again provided value in categories outside of field-goal percentage, as he finished with six rebounds and three steals. His shooting has improved recently, with the Celtics guard making 43.7 percent of his field-goal attempts over the past two weeks. Even on nights when his shots aren’t falling, White provides excellent value, especially in category leagues, more often than not. The Celtics play three games in Week 22, starting with the Thunder on Wednesday.
  • BOS Forward-Guard #0
Jayson Tatum tallied 16 points (6-of-16 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), 11 rebounds, two assists, two steals and two three-pointers in Sunday’s loss to the Timberwolves.
Like Jaylen Brown, Tatum did not have a great night shooting the basketball, finishing 2-of-7 from beyond the arc. The good news for category league managers was that he was effective as a rebounder, and the two steals will also help. The Celtics are off until Wednesday; maybe the extra time off will help Tatum, as he’s shooting just 37.5 percent from the field over the last week.
  • BOS Guard-Forward #7
Jaylen Brown amassed 29 points (9-of-26 FGs, 9-of-11 FTs), seven rebounds, four assists and two three-pointers in Sunday’s loss to the Timberwolves.
The good news for fantasy managers is that Brown put up a high point total. However, he was made to work for everything by the Timberwolves, and category league managers in tight battles may be in trouble based on the field-goal percentage. Over the past two weeks, Brown has shot 44.4 percent from the field, more than three percentage points lower than his mark for the season (47.7). The Celtics play three games in Week 22, starting with the Timberwolves on Wednesday.
