Franz Wagner (calf) is out for Game 7 against the Pistons on Sunday.
Wagner left Game 4 after playing 24 minutes with a calf injury and hasn’t played since. He’s now set to miss Game 7. The tides turned without him in the series as the Magic are in the process of blowing a 3-1 lead to the Pistons. Jamal Cain started Game 6 in Wagner’s place, but had just three points in 20 minutes while Anthony Black had eight points in 34 minutes off the bench.

Ayo Dosunmu (heel) won’t return to Game 2 against the Spurs on Wednesday.
Dosunmu missed Game 1 with calf soreness and left Game 2 after 10 scoreless minutes with right heel pain. The 26-year-old guard was ruled out in the fourth quarter with the game out of reach. Dosunmu will have Thursday to recover ahead of Game 3 on Friday.
Braun calls himself the ‘vocal leader’ of Nuggets
Pierre Andresen and producer Christian react to Christian Braun’s comments about being the “vocal leader” of the Denver Nuggets after their first-round exit from the NBA Playoffs.

Ayo Dosunmu (heel) is questionable to return to Game 2 against the Spurs on Wednesday.
Dosunmu missed Game 1 with calf soreness and is now dealing with a new injury. The 26-year-old guard is now officially questionable to return to Game 2 with right heel pain. He had no points in 10 minutes before leaving with the injury.
  • PHI Forward #8
Paul George had 19 points (7-of-18 FGs, 0-of-1 FTs), six rebounds, four assists, two steals, two blocks and five three-pointers in Wednesday’s loss to the Knicks in Game 2.
George had 23 points in a pivotal Game 6 win against the Celtics in the first round, but has failed to reach 20 points again in three games since then. In Game 2 on Wednesday, the 36-year-old small forward made five three-pointers, but only made two other field goals and finished with 19 points. He’s likely to have a big role for the rest of the series, especially if Joel Embiid (hip, ankle) remains out. The series shifts to Philadelphia for Game 3 on Friday.
  • PHI Guard #0
Tyrese Maxey had 26 points (9-of-23 FGs, 7-of-9 FTs), three rebounds, six assists, one steal and one three-pointer in Wednesday’s loss to the Knicks in Game 2.
Maxey bounced back after a difficult Game 1 that saw him score just 13 points in a blowout loss. The 25-year-old point guard had 26 points in Game 2, but wasn’t particularly efficient with 23 attempts from the field. It was enough to keep the 76ers in the game, but the Philadelphia offense couldn’t score down the stretch. The 76ers will have to win Game 3 on Friday to avoid falling behind 3-0 in the series.
  • NYK Center-Forward #32
Karl-Anthony Towns had 20 points (6-of-8 FGs, 7-of-9 FTs), 10 rebounds, seven assists, one steal and one three-pointer in Wednesday’s win over the 76ers in Game 2.
After playing just 20 minutes in Game 1 due to foul trouble, Towns was excellent in Game 2. He had 20 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists. The 30-year-old center was freed up without having to deal with Joel Embiid (ankle, hip). Towns and the Knicks have a 2-0 series lead entering Friday’s Game 3.
  • NYK Guard #11
Jalen Brunson had 26 points (9-of-21 FGs, 7-of-8 FTs), one rebound, six assists, one steal and one three-pointer in the Knicks’ 108-102 victory over the 76ers in Game 2 on Wednesday.
Brunson dropped 35 points on Monday as the Knicks blew out the 76ers in Game 1. In a closer game Wednesday, his 26 points were crucial as the Knicks extended their series lead to 2-0. Brunson made a turnaround jumper with less than four minutes left in regulation to put the Knicks up by four and they never looked back. The series shifts to Philadelphia for Game 3 on Friday.
  • MIN Guard #5
Anthony Edwards (knee) is available for Game 2 against the Spurs on Wednesday.
Edwards was listed as questionable for Game 2 after making his return with 18 points in 25 minutes in Monday’s Game 1 victory. The 24-year-old shooting guard came out of Monday’s win without a new injury and was able to do his usual warmup routine ahead of Game 2.
  • LAL Forward #2
Jarred Vanderbilt (finger) is doubtful for Thursday’s Game 2 against the Thunder.
Vanderbilt dislocated his right pinky finger during the first half of Tuesday’s Game 1 against the Thunder, finishing with six minutes played. While the Lakers haven’t ruled Vanderbilt out yet, he’s listed as doubtful for Thursday’s Game 2. Jaxson Hayes had three points in 16 minutes off the bench in Game 1 and could see similar minutes if Vanderbilt is ruled out.
  • LAL Guard #10
Luke Kennard (neck) is questionable for Thursday’s Game 2 against the Thunder.
Kennard is dealing with neck soreness and is listed as questionable for Game 2 on Thursday. With Austin Reaves returning to the starting lineup in Game 6 of the first round series against the Rockets last week, Kennard will be back in a bench role if he’s available for Game 2.
  • NYK Center-Forward #23
Mitchell Robinson (illness) is out for Game 2 against the 76ers on Wednesday.
Robinson was added to the Knicks’ injury report Wednesday afternoon with an illness. Ariel Hukporti could see more minutes with Robinson sidelined for Game 2.
