You really should watch all of Bill Simmons’ fun, wide-ranging interview with Dominique Wilkins. This is good stuff from Grantland. This is what Simmons does so well.

But the best part is Wilkins talking about the legendary 1988 dunk contest where Michael Jordan got the win in his home town of Chicago but everyone thought ‘Nique should have won. That includes Dominique himself. And he says so. And he’s right, he should have topped Jordan.
