Video: Dwyane Wade’s key shot over Garnett, foul on Rondo

Boston Celtics v Miami Heat - Game Two

MIAMI, FL - MAY 30: Dwyane Wade #3 of the Miami Heat reacts after he made a basket and drew a foul against Kevin Garnett #5 of the Boston Celtics in overtime of Game Two of the Eastern Conference Finals in the 2012 NBA Playoffs on May 30, 2012 at American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida. After the Celtics had done a good job taking the ball out if his hands in the first half, Dwyane Wade was involved in two key plays in overtime that helped earn the Heat their 115-111 win. One was the and-1 on Kevin Garnett above, an acrobatic bit of body control. And, arguably, an offensive foul the way he led with his leg. It’s a 50/50 call and that nearly always goes to the aggressor (especially at home).

Wade also got away with a foul, too. He hit Rajon Rondo in the head and fouled him on a layup attempt. But there was no call. That was the play that opened the door for Wade’s drive above to be the dagger.
