  • TB Defensive End #96

Muhammad racked up 51 quarterback pressures and 12 sacks last season, ranking second among Lions defenders in both categories. Both figures are career highs. Muhammad turns 31 later this month. He can earn up to $6 million. The Buccaneers have signed multiple front-seven defenders in free agency.
  • SEA Running Back #23
The former undrafted free agent concluded a three-year run with the Packers by banking career highs in carries (125), targets (17), receptions (15) and receiving yards (99). He finished as a half-PPR RB3 twice, as an RB2 twice and as an RB1 once. The Seahawks will likely continue adding players to their backfield, but with RB Kenneth Walker now on the Chiefs’ roster and RB Zach Charbonnet rehabbing a torn ACL, Wilson is tentatively in line for early-season usage, if not longer. This is a good landing spot for the capable rotational player. The deal is worth up to $2.1 million.
  • JAC Wide Receiver #7
This isn’t an outright denial, but the messaging is in line with recent reports. The Jaguars reportedly “have an extremely high asking price” for Thomas and are unwilling to budge, which makes sense. Doing so would disrupt the offense, to some degree, and the incoming trade offer must be worth it for them to move a highly valued asset. The talented, young wide receiver underperformed last year, but he remains relatively cost-controlled on his rookie contract for the next two or three seasons, fifth-year option pending.
  • MIA Wide Receiver #5
This will be Atwell’s first time playing for a team other than the Rams, who drafted him in the 2021 NFL Draft’s second round. Atwell spent time on injured reserve last season, dealing with a hamstring injury. Although he is unlikely to be a full-time, fantasy-relevant player with the Dolphins, his speed will help stretch the field.
  • SF Linebacker #57
Greenlaw played in just eight games with the Broncos last season, dealing with a quad injury, a hamstring injury and a one-game suspension. He totaled 25 solo tackles, five TFLs, one interception, two quarterback pressures and one sack despite the bumpy year. Prior to 2025, he spent his whole career playing for the 49ers.
  • SF Wide Receiver
Wagoner prefaced the statement by revealing that in the first meeting between 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan and Evans, “Shanahan laid out the plan for how he will be incorporated into an offense that also includes” RB Christian McCaffrey, TE George Kittle and QB Brock Purdy. McCaffrey’s 95 red zone touches in the 2025 regular season led all 49ers players by 79 and all other NFL players by 21. Knowing that Shanahan is already scheming up red zone opportunities for Evans is great to hear. McCaffrey can also lose a few red zone touches and still remain an elite RB1. There should be more than enough opportunities in scoring position for both players to feast. Evans currently projects as a WR2 with double-digit touchdown upside.
  • WAS Running Back #1
The signing reunites White with his college signal caller, Commanders QB Jayden Daniels. The two played together from 2020-2021 at Arizona State. White logged 42 carries and eight receptions in 2020 before blossoming into a featured dual-threat player in 2021. That season, he rushed 182 times and caught 43 passes. The Commanders will likely add another running back or two via free agency or the 2026 NFL Draft, but White can currently be viewed as the favorite to handle passing down duties and will presumably compete with second-year RB Jacory Croskey-Merritt for the lead rushing role as well. This looks like a fantasy-friendly signing for White.
  • CIN Defensive Lineman #93
Allen, 31, led the Vikings with 411 pass-rushing snaps last season. He generated 34 quarterback pressures and four sacks via an 8.7% quarterback pressure rate. The Bengals’ defensive personnel needs more upgrades, but pairing Allen with incumbent DT B.J. Hill gives them a decent interior pass-rushing duo. Allen can earn up to $28 million via incentives.
  • Per ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, Dickerson was set to make $39 million over the next two seasons. That number is down to $36 million, though he can recoup the lost $3 million via 2027 incentives. Dickerson’s contract was previously set to expire in 2028. He is now only under contract through 2027. It’s a relatively minor pay cut for the veteran lineman, and hitting the open market a year earlier could ultimately work in his favor.
  • Lemon chose not to partake in any of the athletic testing at the NFL Combine, though he did participate in the gauntlet drill. Either way, he was all but locked in for first-round draft capital already. Though he didn’t blaze the 40, the range scouts timed him at his more than enough to keep him in top-10 contention come draft night. Coming off a 79-1,156-11 receiving season at USC, Lemon will be one of the first receivers off the board both in the real draft and in early dynasty drafts.
