Nets prospect Juan Vaulet has been diagnosed with a stress fracture in his right tibia, and he’s expected to miss a “minimum” of six weeks.
Vaulet was diagnosed by Nets medical staff on Saturday and will meet with a specialist on Monday to determine a course of treatment. It’s a terrible turn of events for the 19-year-old rookie, who has struggled with right ankle injuries in the past, but the six-week timetable suggests that he’ll be ready to go at training camp.

Jaime Jaquez Jr. tallied 32 points (12-of-18 FGs, 7-of-7 FTs), three rebounds, four assists, one steal and one three-pointer in Saturday’s win over the Wizards.
Highlights: Flagg has first 50-point day as a pro
Even though it came in a losing effort against the Magic, Cooper Flagg can still hang his hat on the becoming the first teenager to score 50 points in NBA history, going 19-30 from the field and 6-9 from range.
  • MIA Center #7
Kel’el Ware amassed 23 points (10-of-14 FGs), 17 rebounds, two assists, eight blocks and three three-pointers in Saturday’s win over the Wizards.
  • MIA Center-Forward #13
Bam Adebayo recorded 14 points (3-of-6 FGs, 6-of-7 FTs), nine rebounds, seven assists, one steal and two three-pointers in Saturday’s win over the Wizards.
  • MIA Forward #22
Andrew Wiggins finished Saturday’s win over the Wizards with 21 points (7-of-11 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), two rebounds, three assists, one steal, one lock and four three-pointers.
  • LAL Guard #15
Austin Reaves (oblique) has been diagnosed with a Grade 2 left oblique muscle injury and will miss the rest of the regular season.
Reaves was injured early in Thursday’s loss to the Thunder. While he continued to play through the injury, the Lakers’ guard appeared to be a shell of himself. With Saturday’s update, the Lakers will finish the regular season without two of their best players, as Luka Dončić (hamstring) was also injured on Thursday. Rui Hachimura and Luke Kennard should take on bigger roles within the rotation, with one moving into the starting lineup.
  • DEN Guard-Forward #11
Bruce Brown (leg) will not return to Saturday’s game against the Spurs.
Brown injured his lower left leg during the third quarter of Saturday’s game. Due to his inability to participate in the ensuing jump ball, he is ineligible to return. Julian Strawther is likely to pick up a few more minutes off the bench.
  • PHX Forward #19
Haywood Highsmith (knee) is out for Sunday’s game against the Bulls.
Highsmith’s continued absence does not affect fantasy basketball, especially in the aftermath of Dillon Brooks’ return from a fractured hand.
  • Immanuel Quickley (foot) is out for Sunday’s game against the Celtics.
Quickley will miss an eighth consecutive game as he continues to recover from plantar fasciitis in his right foot. Ja’Kobe Walter has been his replacement in the starting lineup and should continue to take on that role, with Scottie Barnes doing more playmaking.
  • CHI Guard #2
Collin Sexton (finger) is probable for Sunday’s game against the Suns.
Sexton is dealing with a finger injury, but the probable tag suggests that he will be available. If Josh Giddey (hamstring) can’t play, Sexton is likely to move into the Bulls’ starting lineup.
  • CHI Center #13
Nick Richards (elbow) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Suns.
Richards has missed Chicago’s last five games with a sprained right elbow. Guerschon Yabusele has served as the starting center in Richards’ absence, with Leonard Miller and Patrick Williams playing a few minutes at the position as part of the bench unit.
