The Warriors will not be re-signing Jeremy Pargo to another 10-day deal.
Pargo’s 10-day contact with the Warriors has officially expired, and it doesn’t appear that the Warriors will be bringing him back, so for now, Ky Bowman is again the only active PG on the roster. The Dubs could bring in another guy on a 10-day contract, but that won’t be Pargo, so he’s safe to leave on the waiver wire in all settings.

Cam Spencer finished Monday’s loss to the Rockets with five points (1-of-5 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), five rebounds, 14 assists, one steal and one blocked shot.

John Michael and Brad Daugherty review the individual dominance from Donovan Mitchell and Paolo Banchero and how the Cleveland Cavaliers are clicking after defeating the Orlando Magic.
  • MEM Forward-Center #7
Santi Aldama accounted for 17 points (7-of-12 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), seven rebounds, two assists, one steal and one three-pointer in Monday’s loss to the Rockets.
  • MEM Forward-Center #8
Jaren Jackson Jr. amassed 17 points (8-of-17 FGs), seven rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one three-pointer in Monday’s loss to the Rockets.
Much-maligned for his lackluster rebounding production, Jackson has made strides in that area recently. Counting Monday’s line, this is the first time in nearly a month that the Grizzlies’ forward has grabbed at least six rebounds in three straight games. Add in the points and blocked shots, and fantasy managers received solid value from Jackson in his first game of Week 15. The Grizzlies play three more games this week.
  • HOU Forward #17
Tari Eason accounted for 17 points (6-of-17 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), seven rebounds, one steal, one block and four three-pointers in Monday’s win over the Grizzlies.
Eason returned to the court on Monday after missing Friday’s win over the Pistons, and he was placed back in the starting lineup immediately. The production was good, with the Rockets’ forward now having knocked down at least four three-pointers in five games this season. Last season, Eason had one such game. He does remain under a minutes restriction, but Eason doesn’t need to log heavy minutes to provide solid fantasy value.
  • HOU Forward #7
Kevin Durant tallied 33 points (11-of-24 FGs, 7-of-9 FTs), eight rebounds, two assists, one block and four three-pointers in Monday’s win over the Grizzlies.
For the first time this season, Durant has recorded three consecutive 30-point games. And he kept the turnovers in check, as that category has been a minor issue for nine-cat managers recently. Over the past two weeks, Durant has been a third-round player in nine-cat, one round behind his eight-cat value. But this is picking nits; KD’s fantasy value has remained excellent throughout his first season in Houston.
  • HOU Center #28
Alperen Şengün finished Monday’s win over the Grizzlies with 33 points (15-of-17 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), nine rebounds, six assists and one steal.
Simply put, the Grizzlies had no answer for Şengün, regardless of who they gave the task of defending him. The Rockets center made his first seven shot attempts and shot 15-of-17 from the field on the night. The 33 points were the most in a game for Şengün since December 15, when he hit that number in an overtime loss to the Nuggets. Add in the rebounds and assists, and Monday was an excellent night to have Şengün rostered.
  • ORL Guard #0
Anthony Black finished Monday’s loss to the Cavaliers with 14 points (6-of-14 FGs), four rebounds, five assists, three steals, one block and two three-pointers.
Black had a fairly balanced performance in Monday’s rematch with the Cavaliers. In 37 minutes, he was impactful on the defensive end and totaled four stocks, while inefficient shooting from beyond the arc limited his scoring production. Still, the third-year guard out of Arkansas finished as one of three Orlando players to score in double figures, and he was one of the team’s best passers in the loss. Fantasy managers, however, should be craving more from Black, based on some of the heights he reached earlier this season.
  • ORL Guard #3
Desmond Bane produced 19 points (7-of-17 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, one steal, one block and three three-pointers in the loss to the Cavaliers on Monday.
Bane followed Saturday’s 20-point performance in a loss to Cleveland with similar production on Monday. The first-year Magic guard was productive from beyond the arc and, in his 38 minutes, finished as the Magic’s second-leading scorer for the game. Yet Bane went without an assist for the first time all season, and with his unspectacular assist total and pair of stocks, he didn’t provide fantasy managers with much production. He’ll have a chance to put up a better line on Wednesday against the Heat.
  • ORL Forward #5
Paolo Banchero notched 37 points (13-of-21 FGs, 9-of-13 FTs), 10 rebounds, four assists and two three-pointers in the loss to the Cavaliers.
Banchero did what he could to try to get the Magic back on track. Yet, his highest-scoring game of January wasn’t enough to end the Magic’s losing streak, which is now at four games. Banchero’s season high in points on Monday came on a blend of three-pointers, shots inside the arc, and production from the free-throw line. On top of his scoring outburst, he reached double figures in rebounds to secure his 14th double-double of the season. Regardless of whether Orlando can get back on track or not, it’s clear that Banchero will continue to deliver strong production from a fantasy basketball standpoint.
  • CLE Guard-Forward #20
Jaylon Tyson added 14 points (5-of-10 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), nine rebounds, four assists, one steal, one block and two three-pointers in the win over the Magic on Monday.
Tyson got the start on Monday and logged another productive line. The sophomore wing’s double-digit scoring performance marked his ninth in a row, as he used a nice combination of three-point shooting, two-point shots, and free throws to extend his streak. Tyson also recorded four assists for the sixth straight game, and came up just one board shy of his second double-double of January. His well-rounded effort on Monday should leave some fantasy managers happy.
